Rajouri, Nov 11: Enforcement Teams (ETs) fined scores of violators of Covid-19 SOPs on Thursday and have recovered a fine of Rs 23,450 taking the total amount fined since April 1 to Rs 61,99,384.
According to Media Bulletin on Novel Corona Virus, 6662 doses of COVID vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours in the Rajouri district, thus bringing the cumulative number of doses administered in the district to 7,99,474.
No positive case of a novel Coronavirus has been reported in Rajouri district out of 1953 reports received on Thursday. There are five active cases in the district at present while two recovered today.
Out of five active Covid cases, two patients are under treatment in GMC&AH at Rajouri, one in the Army /BSF hospital while two are in home isolation.
As per the daily bulletin issued by the health department on Thursday, as many as 6662 people above 18 years of age were administered first (221) and second (6441) Covid vaccine doses across the district.
During the first & second waves 6,13,689 tests, including RAT (4,63,204)and RT-PCR (1,50,485) have been conducted till Thursday in the district & among them, 11284 were tested positive out of which 11042 have recovered while 237 died including 182 during the second wave.
As per the media bulletin during the second wave of Covid pandemic, 4,41,763 people have been tested for Covid-virus infection to date, out of which 7411 were tested active.
