Jammu, Nov 4: The Jammu Province Power Clerical Fraternity (JPPCF) has hailed the Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) for approving the regularization of 332 PDL/TDL and other workers, terming it a landmark and morale-boosting decision.
JPPCF leaders — Ms. Archana Thakur (Chairman), Mr. Sahil Revoo (President), Mr. Shashi Jamwal (Sr. Vice President), Mr. Madan Sharma, Ms. Vandana Kohli, and Mr. Pushpinder Jamwal — expressed gratitude to Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for his pro-employee initiative, saying the move has revived hope among thousands of dedicated field workers who have served tirelessly to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
They hoped such welfare measures would continue to uplift and motivate the power sector workforce across Jammu and Kashmir.
