Samba, February 24, 2026: In a significant and decisive crackdown on criminal activities, Samba Police, operating under the sharp leadership of SDPO Bari Brahmana Pardeep Singh Sen and the proactive guidance of SHO Bari Brahmana Rajeshwar Singh Slathia, has achieved a major breakthrough by arresting a notorious hardcore criminal. The accused, identified as Falla, son of Mohd Bashir, a resident of Sarore Adda, Tehsil Bari Brahmana, District Samba, was apprehended within the jurisdiction of Police Station Bari Brahmana, marking a crucial step in maintaining law and order across the region.

Acting on specific and credible information, a dedicated team from Police Station Bari Brahmana orchestrated a well-planned and coordinated raid in the Sarore area. The operation successfully led to the apprehension of Falla, a wanted criminal who had been actively evading arrest in multiple heinous cases across the region, particularly the recent 2026 incidents involving organized crime.

  2. FIR No. 288/2021 under Sections 365, 323, 34 IPC of PS Kathua (Kidnapping, Assault).
  3. FIR No. 109/2023 under Sections 8/21-C/ 22-C/25/ 27-A/29 NDPS Act of PS Ghagwal (Drug Trafficking).
  4. FIR No. 238/2023 under Sections 307 (Attempt to Murder), 353, 336, 147, 148, 506 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act of PS Bari Brahmana (Attempt to Murder, Rioting, Illegal Weapon).
  5. FIR No. 136/2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) BNS and 3/25 Arms Act of PS Bari Brahmana.
  6. FIR No. 56/2026 under Sections 111, 304, 191(2) BNS and 4/25 Arms Act of PS Bari Brahmana (Organized Crime, Illegal Weapon).
  7. FIR No. 57/2026 under Sections 111, 132, 121, 125, 191(2), 191(3) BNS and 4/25 Arms Act of PS Bari Brahmana (Organized Crime, Illegal Weapon).
