Jammu, Nov 16: A SHO posted in JKS range is busy in making handsome money as he is openly felicitating the vehicles engaged in illegal mining in his area and charging bribe from the mining operators.
The said SHO is playing the bribe game very smartly and it sounds that he has opted the contract from the illegal miners to allow their vehicles cross from his jurisdiction that too without any checking or hindrance. It is being reports that the said generous SHO charges only rupees three thousands per vehicle and almost per day 30 to 40 vehicles engaged in illegal mining crosses from the jurisdiction of his police station. He is a very skilled SHO as he has engaged many constables for this purpose so that his business of minting money from the illegal miners may not suffer at any point and there should be no loss in his bribe business. He is very curious to carry on the bribe business in his locality and he is perfect in his job.
The reports further said that he has outsourced his bribe business of allowing illegal mining vehicles to cross his jurisdiction to the private persons and he is paying them handsome reward. Like JKSSB, he has outsourced job of collecting bribe as his bribe business has been spread in every nook and corner so he needs more manpower.
The skilled SHO has galloped the entire cement scam. In one of the police posts falling under his jurisdiction there surfaced a cement scam and he is so perfect in his job that he got the entire cement disappeared from the scene against a deal with the scammer. He has taken the advantage as the Incharge Officer of said police post was a new and he did not know anything about this cement scam.
Not only this, the said skilled SHO is planning to lay hands on the second biggest police station of the said district. He is on his job and engaged in putting full emphasis on getting transferred to the other bigger police station in the district. He has managed several recommendations from many influential persons and politicians.
According to the information, this inspector is currently engaged in a big police station. It is his first police station in this district. Earlier, he had served as SHO in many police stations of the division. After coming to this district and waiting for some time, he was given a big police station as per his choice. After that he started working with the illegal miners. Two police posts are under his jurisdiction and one of which is far ahead in terms of mining. This police station has started the work of getting the mining vehicles out of a block coming in the area of his police station. Vehicles cannot move forward without crossing this block. That’s why he has put his special constable in charge at this block. So that it is easy to remove vehicles with its setting. He can lift constables from other sensitive location but he will not lift the constables deputed on block posts because he has a bribe-business there. He has chosen very safe time for the movement of illegal mining vehicles that is after 12 o’clock in the night, the work of clearing the vehicles starts.
