Jammu, Nov 15: Who is the actual main accused in the JKP SI recruitment scam? Is it appropriate to project Dr Karnail Singh as main accused just he has entered in the paper leak scam but not started the paper-leak scam as per the chargesheet of CBI? Why the main accused of the biggest JKP SI paper is leak scam elusive and out of reach of the investigation agency? When the investigation agency will trace the main accused in this case? These questions are irritating in the mind of lay man but why not the investigating agency understands these simple questions as people want the solid action in this case.
As per the chargesheet of CBI, Dr Kairnal Singh has made his entry in this scam on 26-03-2022 when the Jagdish Lal informed Vijay Kumar and Dr Kairnal Singh that he had come to know that Kewal Krishan has taken screenshot of leaked question paper. This has been written in the para No 3 of 17.4.1 on page 36 of chargesheet produced by the CBI.
As per the chargesheet the paper leaking process has been started when an employee of KVR Infosys Pvt Ltd Pardeep kumar @ Pardeep Kumar Katiyar Packing Incharge has concealed the JKP SI Set A question paper in his left shoe in the evening of 21-03-2022 and the entry of Dr Kairnal Singh has been shown on 26-03-2022, which clearly indicates that prior to the entry of dr Kairnal Singh the scam of paper leak was going on.
Now the million dollars question arises that at that time who told the Pardeep Kumar Packing Incharge that those papers going to be printed are the questions papers of examination of JKP SI and would be used in Jammu & Kashmir. The investigating agency must focus on this point and to trace the person who exposed the secrets to a small employee who is working as packing incharge.
