Jammu, July 27: The Medical Superintendent, Government Medical College Jammu, Dr ADS Manhas received State Award for meritorious service for year 2021, Gold medal, citation and cheque of Rs 51,000.
Dr Manhas received Lt. Guv. Award for Meritorious services from Director Finance & Additional Secretary General Administration Department on behalf of LG J&K. The award carries a cash award of Rs. 51000/, a Gold Medal & a certificate. Dr. Manhas, an alumni of GMC,Jammu, has served the Border Security Force (BSF) for five years and is best known for his sincerity to the profession, dedication, passion to contribute and fiscal honesty. He was appointed as Medical Superintendent GMCH at the peak of 2nd COVID wave and he has done excellent work.
