An artist and Art is regarded as a pure and unbiased form of expressing thoughts, views, feelings and analysis of any subject related to human beings. An artist is also regarded to be constructive and nor destructive. An artist is also expected to believe in human values and not the destroyer of human and social values, An artist is also considered to be honest and a follower of ethics and not of a person, group or a particular ideology. But these things now seem to have been crushed under the cruel shoes of selfishness, hypocrisy, immorality, policy of destruction, and the ideology of hate and division. Now the artistic presentations are either the propaganda of the policies of the government or the projections of a particular ideology. The creativeness of the art and artists has now lost either in the no work condition or to work for a particular ideology. In such circumstances, one cannot go for a creative presentation. An artist if is biased and is working for a particular ideology can never be an artist in true sense. The ethics have been thrown and immorality has been adopted by many artists. The no work situation has compelled many artists to surrender before such elements and they have become a tool in the hands of such elements. Not only this, the common man is compelled to view their presentations and is also pressured to give comments with a condition that the comments must be as per their choice. One is not free even to express his views about the presentation and whatever one has to say must be in favor and not against in any condition. Can in such conditions creativity survive? In such circumstances one can freely create an artistic presentation to view with a free mind and express his views independently? No, the time of free expression has gone. On one hand a policy of privatization is being applied in every field but here in the field of art a policy of politicizing or nationalization is being applied.
