Arrest all police ‘Karya Khas’!

• The DGP must speak over this issue of ‘Karya Khas’ as they are the resource persons of crime, drug-peddling, bovine-smuggling, theft and other kind of crime.
• The CBI must identify and nab all the ‘Karya Khas’ to make the society crimes free.
• The senior officers like SSP, DIG and IG must take this issue seriously as it has posed a threat on the society in the guise of policemen.
• The ‘Karya Khas’ of Police Station carries the responsibility of entire bribe let it be monthly or weekly or daily.

Jammu, Dec 01: What type of post of ‘Karya Khas’ existing in the maximum Police Stations of Jammu? Is ‘Karya Khas’ a government sanctioned post to run the Police Stations of Jammu or unofficial? Why the maximum Police Stations of Jammu have the post of ‘Karya Khas’? What is the purpose of creating an unofficial post of ‘Karya Khas’ in Police Stations of Jammu? Why is the Director General of Police Mr Dilbag Singh IPS silent over this serious issue of appointing of ‘Karya Khas’ in Police Stations of Jammu? Why not the CID wing of Jammu & Kashmir Police is considering the issue of ‘Karya Khas’ seriously and gripping them? These are very typical and relevant question irritating in the mind of people and the police department has to answer as these ‘Karya Khas’ are the developer of corruption in the area and they are encouraging the drug peddlers to sell the drugs illegally in the area as they fixed weekly bribe from them and the ‘Karya Khas’ collect the money and presents to the Station House Officer of the concerned police stations.
The ‘Karya Khas’ has the big responsibility as he has been nominated by the SHO of concerned police station. The ‘Karya Khas’ looks after the financial aspect here I mean to say the bribe and corruption flooded in police stations. The ‘Karya Khas’ has to play the important role in settling the deal between SHO and the party may be criminal or drug peddler or terrorists as the ‘Karya Khas’ has no considerations. The ‘Karya Khas’ flashes many plans of corruption to the party like Insurance agent and convince the party to select the bribery plan as per their choices. The most advantage issue for the police and ‘Karya Khas’ is that if there is any sort of dispute but it is between two parties. The ‘Karya Khas’ has to fix deal with two parties to fleece the money from them. The ‘Karya Khas’ is very secular person as he treat everyone with the same yardstick is bribe and he has no option. The ‘Karya Khas’ has to work hard in this aspect as he deals with money and that too unaccounted and he maintain the books too of corruption.
The important point here is this that the police stations having ‘Karya Khas’ are the houses of big corruption and the SHOs of same Police Stations are the most corrupt police officer, whereas both ‘Karya Khas’ and SHO can be nabbed without any evidence as they both are themselves evidences of the corruption. There should be no delay to identify the ‘Karya Khas’ and their respective SHOs.
Let me tell you that what is the eligibility of a person to be a ‘Karya Khas’? He must be very trustworthy person of the SHO? He must have the capability to present the bribery plans to the parties approaching the Police Stations. He should be very loyal to SHO and have easily accessible. He must have knowledge of the jurisdiction of the said police station where he is working as ‘Karya Khas’.
The ‘Karya Khas’ has the special immunity in concern of his duty. He has been exempted from the physical duties by the concerned SHO. He has the right to meet, talk and deal with the SHO at anytime. He has the right to enter and re-enter the office, retiring room and bedroom of the SHO at anytime. He has the link with all bootleggers, drug-peddlers, bovine-smugglers, land mafia and other criminals, besides enjoy with them leg and peg.
Now the CBI and CID have to knock out all the ‘Karya Khas’. They must prepare the list of ‘Karya Khas’ with their respective Police Stations, besides immediately arrest all the ‘Karya Khas’ to interrogate them it will be very fruitful and the agency will know about all type crimes including drug-peddling. These ‘Karya Khas’ are the instrumental and mentor of the drug-peddlers who are selling drugs in every street of Jammu. If once they get arrested and they will reveal everything like a parrot and they will expose the corrupt practices of the SHO too. With the arrest of ‘Karya Khas’ more than fifty percent of crime will come down within a week.
