MP gets Rs 1,279.19 cr under JJM

Bhopal, Nov 19: Madhya Pradesh has become the first state to be allotted the second tranche – of Rs 1,279.19 crore – under the Jal Jeevan Mission from the Jal Shakti Ministry on the basis of work progress and utilisation of funds, official sources said.
The first tranche was received in May 2021. In this fiscal; Rs 5,117 cr have been sanctioned for Madhya Pradesh. UNI
