CBI files a charge sheet in Dhanbad judge murder case

New Delhi, Oct 20: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday filed a charge sheet against two men in connection with the death of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand, who was killed during his morning walk, said sources.
They have been charged for the murder of a judge and conspiracy for it, said an official.
On July 28, the judge Uttam Anand was killed when an auto rickshaw hit him from the back side while he was taking a morning walk. The incident was captured in CCTV installed near the spot. The court had taken suo-motu cognisance of the incident in which the judge was killed. UNI
