Without licenses two Brick Kilns operating in Knagrail since Jan 2018
* National Brick Kiln and Northern Brick Kiln both are on Kangrail Akhnoor have got their licences expired on 31-12-2017 but they have no fear of law of land.
*Why not Tehsildar Bhalwal should be suspended for allowing the Brick Kilns operating illegally under his nose and shy he should not be penalized for wreaking loss to the agriculture land.

The illegal Brick Kilns are openly operating in Jammu & Kashmir and putting the people at risk who are working in those illegal Kilns but some of the officers of district administration Jammu instead of seizing all those Brick Kilns are supporting the law violators, who should be booked under law.
The live examples of two illegal operating brick kiln in the jurisdiction of Jammu district are National Brick Kiln and Northern Brick Kiln both are on Kangrail Akhnoor road and duo are very adjacent to Government High School, which is another cognizable offence but both are operating without valid licenses and proper permissions. Even both the Brick Kilns are operating on ‘Agriculture Land’ and the land use is still as agriculture land, whereas land use should have to be changed prior to start the brick kilns.
The most intriguing part of the story is that the concerned tehsildar has submitted his report to his next superior officer Sub Division Magistrate Jammu North that the licences of both the Brick Kilns have expired since 31-12-2017, which clearly speaks that both the Kilns are operating illegally and hence there is no need to further investigate the issue. The Tehsildar is a First Class Magistrate and officers from office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu must trust on his written report vide Tehsildar Bhalwal letter No TB/OQ/2020-21/82 dated 29-05-2020 and the same has been endrossed by the Sub divisional Magistrate Jammu North vide his letter No SDM/JN/Misc/2020-21/390 dated 29-05-2020 and the letter has been submitted to the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
No doubt the Deputy Commissioner Jammu is very honest man but such wrong and corrupt things happening in his office under his nose are inviting people wrath besides compelling the people to doubt on his integrity and functioning. The operation of illegal Brick Kilns that too without licences and moreover without land use change is not a simple offence but it demands action under anti-national activities who do not follow the national laws.
