LG and DC Jammu do not matters for Tehsildar Bhalwal
*Letter from office of DC Jammu and LG office says matter is most urgent but TehsildarBhalwal took 419 days and till no reply for urgent latter.
*Tehsli Bhalwal is on sale and it should be saved from the cruel clutches of sitting tehsildar as he is hell bent to damage the Bhalwal in toto.

Why the Tehsildar Bhalwal is supporting the Brick Kilns are operating illegally since 2017? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is not replying to letters from the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu and openly insulting the said office? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is not honouring the reminders from the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu which is the senior office to him? Why Tehsidar Bhalwal is taking the authority of Deputy Commissioner Jammu so casually? Is Tehsildar running his own kingdom which is not in the purview of India constitution? These are some harsh questions for the Tehsidar Bhalwal and Deputy Commissioner Jammu as people want to know that who is senior officer DC Jammu or Tehsildar Bhalwal?
It is astounding but it is true that Teshidar Bhalwal has no respect for the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu and this has been substantiated from his non-responding attitude to the letter of DC Jammu vide No DCJ/GGC/2020/535-37 dated 28-07-2020 in which he was asked to take necessary action against the Brick Kiln operating illegally. The letter says as “I am directed to forward herewith a copy of letter No LGS-1(GR)20/5334 dated 03-06-2020 received from the office of the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, Jammu and Kashmir, Raj Bhawan Jammu regarding the subject cited above with the request to take necessary action under rules and furnish action taken report to this office at the earliest.” The subject of the letter was “Illegal operation/functioning of brick kilns near Government High School Kangrail Tehsil Bhalwal in late evening hours.” The letter was written by Farooq Hussain HQA to DC Jammu and was written to Tehsildar Bhalwal besides copy to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu for information and similar necessary action and Additional Secretary in office of Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat Raj Bhawan Jammu for information.
Till 28-07-2020, the tehsildar Bhalwal could not reply to the letter as it has completed more than one year and it was the work of only one day, which he has taken 419 days but there is no reply to the letter of DC Jammu. This is a sheer and direct insult to the office of DC Jammu, which is an authority of Jammu district and the mane is Tehsidlar of the same district. The Tehsildar Bhalkwal can be taken to task for directly insulting the office of DC Jammu and also the office of Lt Governor from there the letter has come. Not only this, in the letter it has been written in bold letters “Matter Most Urgent” but Tehsidlar Bhalwal has no concern to the DC Jammu. It seems that Tehsildar Bhalwal doest not care of his Deputy Commissioner and the Lt Governor, besides openly threw a challenge to both the higher authority that he would not obey them and openly defy them.
