CCF Jammu suspends 2 Rangers in other similar cases but not then RO Jammu
*CCF Jammu silently gave a lead that there could be a big scam and it should be probed by investigating agency like CBI.
*The then RO Jammu is so powerful person that CCF Jammu fears to suspend him. It means he has accumulated huge money by illegally selling the Forest and it should investigated in depth, besides his property and assets must be probed.

How Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu can go for two different yard sticks on similar issue? What is the intention of the Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu, while opting two different yardsticks on two similar natured issues? Has some influenced has worked on Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu or money has played its role to influence him? Why Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu has not suspended the then Range Officer Jammu and now I/C Range Officer Nowshera, when he can suspend Range Officer Basantgarh on 20-07-2020 and Range Officer Kalakote on 11-09-2020? Why Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu got scared from the then Range Officer Jammu and not suspended him? Is the then Range Officer Jammu so powerful or has accumulated huge money by selling the government forest that his seniors scare from him? These are the very tough questions for the Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu and the entire Forest department and even to Lt Governor that one person of a status of Range Officer has created so terror that an officer of having status of Chief Conservator of Forest cannot dare to suspend him and he passed the buck to Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir, which will consume time and get the things shabby.
The Chief Conservator of Forest, Jammu has suspended two officials including the then Block Officer Nagrota-II Amit Gupta (Forester) and the then Beat Guard Shiba Beat Dwarka Nath (Forest Guard) of Jammu Forest Division vide his office order No 209 of 2021 dated 20-09-2021 but he not suspended the then Range Officer Jammu Range and recommended to Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir. Now the question arises that when Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu is competent to suspend the Range Officer of Basantgarh Range Ramnagar Forest Division vide his office order No 119 of 2020 dated 20-07-2020 and Range Officer of Kalakote Range of Rajouri Forest Division vide his office order No 172 of 2020 dated 11-09-2020 but in case of the then Range Officer and now Range Officer Soil Nowshera he recommended his suspension to PCCF Jammu & Kashmir, which is itself a mockery of system.
Now the Lt Governor must intervene in this issue and hand over the inquiry to CBI as there is something fishy and the orders of Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu disclosed an untold mystery that there is very big scam in the case as CCF Jammu has tried to cover-up it.
