Tehsildar Bhalwal confronts with directions of DC Jammu over encroachment
*On Saturday illegal construction work was going on than someone has flashed the message to DC Jammu and in turn DC Jammu flashed the message to one of his group and then Tehsildar came in action and got the work stopped.
*The Tehsildar Bhalwal is not providing essential document to ACB and non-cooperating in a big scam of 200 kanal land case in which one corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed has been booked by ACB under FIR No 02/2021.
*The Tehsildar Bhalwal is not responding to the office of DC Jammu in which he has been asked to provide some documents in regard of some illegal brick kilns on 20-07-2020 vide letter No DCJ/GGC/2020/535-37.

Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is not adhering to the directions of Deputy Commissioner Jammu in regard of anti-encroachment? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is openly defying the directions of DC Jammu issued in the meeting held on 26-03-2021, which was attended by Tehsidar Bahlwal Amit Upadhyaya and SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is standing with land-robbers and land-pimps and not with his senior officers including DC Jammu? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is not cooperating with ACB as it is the only J&K agency working against the corruption and restoration of trust on the system? Why Tehsidlar Bhalwal is not responding to the letters of his senior not less than Deputy Commissioner Jammu since 20-07-2020 vide letter No DCJ/GGC/2020/535-37, when it is mentioned on the letter that ‘matter most urgent’? Why the Tehsildar Bhalwal is not respecting the law of land and running his own kingdom parallel to the President’s Rule in J&K? Is Tehsidar Bhalwal is superior to President as he defying the President Rule? These are several tangible and uncomfortable questions for Revenue department and senior officers to clarify the status and powers of Tehsidar Bhalwal who is going on berserk and damaging the property of Jammu & Kashmir. He must be bridled and be taught to respect the land of law and function as per the law allows him.
It is the story of Khasra No 1922 land measuring 56 kanals and some marlas in Barn falling in Tehsil Bhalwal is Gair Mumkin Jaad and no law allow any person to encroach or have any sort of construction on it but it is self ruling Tehsildar Bhalwal who allowed the land-robbers and land-pimps to encroach and construct the shops on the front side. This illegal and anti-law action was supported by Tehsildar Bhalwal who is employ of revenue department but comply with the orders of land-robbers, land-pimps and encroachers. These land-robbers, land-pimps and encroachers have tamed the Tehsildar Bhalwal by any mean may be they have pressed money influence on him. If the money has influenced the Tehsildar Bhalwal then ACB and IT department must investigate and raid his residence and other places related to him.
On Saturday, the land-robbers were active on the Gair Mumkin Jaad and carrying on the illegal construction under the noose of Tehsildar Bhalwal but one of the law-abiding persons noticed that the illegal construction was being carried on by the land-robbers and he immediately flashed the message to DC Jammu on his WhatsApp at 11.52 am (18-09-2021) and the DC Jammu promptly flashed the message in the group of SDMs. Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildar, then Tehsildar Bhalwal was caught red handed and after the DC message he got the work stopped. It is pertinent to mention that the encroachers were enjoying the full support of Tehsildar Bhalwal so they were openly busy in constructing on Gair Mumkin Jaad, which is constitutionally banned.
The Tehsildar Bhalwal is master in shielding the corrupt persons and defying and non-cooperation not to his seniors but even to investigating agencies like ACB. Here is one case of Patwari Javed Ahmed who has been booked by ACB Jammu for fraud and wrong doings vide FIR No 02/2021 (Police Station ACB Central) dated 11-01-2021 U/S 5(1)(e) r/w sections 5(2) PC act and section 109. 120-B RPC as he has been established the master mind in the scam of 200 kanal land (Gair Mumkin Jaad) worth Rupees crore but Tehsildar Bhalwal is instead of cooperating with ACB he is shielding the scammer Patwari who damaged the Jaad and tried to keep the ACB in dark. The ACB has asked the Tehsidar Bhalwal to provide concerning record but he is not obeying the government investigating agency and delaying in providing the record which causes loss to state exchequer, besides he has given a long rope to the corrupt Patwari to continue the work with JCB as he is faithful to the scammer Patwari, may be patwari has tamed him.
