SHO Bishnah fails to stop illegal work, SDPO RS Pura intervention stop illegal construction work
*SHO Bishnah ignores the request letter of EO Bishnah the reason he knows better but illegal work continued till 10.21 pm GPS photo clearly shows.
*These habitual offenders who are carrying on illegal construction of illegal shops are so powerful that a SHO could not stop the illegal work or some influenced has worked.
*The SDM Jammu South and Tehsildar Bishnah have worked hard to identify that said 25 shops are illegal and now these have to be demolished very soon despite the non-cooperation of SHO Bishnah.
*The SDPO RS Pura has taken keen interest to stop the work and assured that those who were working after 7 pm would be booked under pandemic section.
*EO has to lodge a FIR against those who are constructing illegal shops that too without proper approval of concerned municipality.

Why SHO Bishnah not provided security to the EO MC Bishnah? Why SHO BIshnah wasted entire day when the EO MC Bishnah decided to stop the construction work today Tuesday i.e. 31-08-2021 with the help of police force? Why SHO has allowed the work to continue till 10-21 pm, when during the corona pandemic no one is allowed to move beyond 7 pm? Why the SHO Bishnah misled his senior officers over the illegal construction of illegal shops was allowed to continue? These are some mysterious questions hitting in the mind of honest people that what is going on in Bishnah and why SHO Bishnah has done as per his own will and allowed those who are habitual offenders and do not care about the Indian constitution as the Pak sponsored terrorists are doing with Indian constitution.
The construction of illegal shops at Chak Avtara which is called as Fruit Market being constructed by the Horticulture (P&M) department but these market is without any approved site plan and so the Executive Officer of Municipal Committee of Bishnah has objected many times and issued notices time to time to stop the illegal work in the interest of people. But the elected president of MC Bishnah is the supporter of those who are habitual offenders and despite knowing that the construction work of shops is illegal and anti-law but these people seems to have an anti-India mindset so they not cared about the Indian laws.
The SDPO RS Pura has taken keen interest to stop the illegal construction work of illegal shops and in this connection he visited Bishnah but it seemed that after his visit the SHO again allowed then to start the illegal construction iof illegal shops and so they continued. The matter was again reported to SDPO RS Pura who assured that no work will be allowed but the SHO Bishnah misled him. Not only this, the issue was reported to SSP Jammu, he too assured that work is not going on but when the GPS photo of the site where is work was going has sent to SDPO RS Pura then the work got stopped after 10.21 pm. The SDPO RS Pura has assured that those who were working the case according the pandemic section would be registered against them. When my reporter was taking GPS photos then only four men were fitting shuttering but some people were sitting inside may be monitoring the scene.
It is pertinent to mention that EO MC wrote a letter to SHO Bishnah after completing all the legal formalities to get police assistance to get the illegal work stopped. The request to get police assistance clearly speaks that the persons who are engaged in illegal construction are not good citizens and they are goons as they not adhered the notices of EO MC Bishnah. Despite the a written request from EO MC Bishnah vide his letter No MC/B/2021/350-56 dated 30-08-2021 in which he clearly mentioned that on 31-08-2021 the police assistance is required on 31-08-2021. The point is here that the EO gave 24 hours to SHO to provide police force but SHO very cleverly avoided it on one pretext or other.
The work was stopped after 10.21 pm, which GPS photo clearly shows only due to intervention of SDPO RS Pura, who is a practical man and man of word. Till the story filing (after 10.21 pm) there was no report of resumption of construction work on the site. Despite the fact that no copy of EO letter to sent the office of SDPO RS Pura but he took keen interest to avert the illegal construction work.
The SDM South Jammu has played a vital role in identifying the land as it is the outcome of hard work of SDM Jammu South that 25 shops have been identified as illegal. He has submitted a detail report to the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu and so the decision to demolish the 25 illegal shops has been taken in the first instance.
