Zero tolerance to corruption, work-delaying process says Anshul Garg
*The officers have to work with sincerity or to leave the office as there is no third option for them.
*He said that no one can issue the Farad of Gair Mumkin Jaad and Gair Mumkin Khad but if already illegal Farad of been issued tehsil Bhalwal would be viewed taken seriously and those who will be found responsible be punished accordingly.
*No one will be spared if found involved in issuing illegal farads of banned land and those who wreaked illegalities anywhere in the Jammu district would be taken to task.
*State land and custodian land in Bhalwal Tehsil which has been illegally encroached by land grabbers would be vacated very soon and no one will spared in this case too.

The Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg categorically said that the first priority of district administration is to arrest the fresh encroachment at any level by any person and for that the district administration is fully prepared to take challenge at any cost. He further said that the district administration will not tolerate any encroachment within the limits of Jammu district and in future if any person will try to encroach the land has to face the consequences. The Deputy Commissioner Jammu said corrupt practices and delay in work would not be tolerated at any cost so the officers must work with sincerity and honesty.
While replying in an exclusive interview with Jammu Jottings, the energetic Deputy Commissioner Jammu said that issuing of Farad of Gair Mumkin Khad and Gair Mumkin Jaad was totally illegal and in Bhalwal tehsil there are many inputs that many illegal works have been done and so we are focussing on the said tehsil and will examine all the misdeeds. He said that Bhalwal tehsil also have Ring Road and in the Ring Road there are also reports about the foul play and so we will take it. When he was made aware that one Patwari who is posted now Sidhara had issued Farads of Gair Mumkin Khad and Gair Mumkin Jaad then he replied that his office has already taken the cognizance of the issue and now will act on all those employees who would be found involved. He said our target is Bhalwal tehsil because there are mush reports about illegal work and now we are goin to crack whip on them. He said that the administration is well prepared to tackle all sort of the illegalities. He told that recently district administration has retrieved a big chunk of land near the Government Medical College Hospital Jammu Bakshi Nagar and in future too the anti-encroachment campaign will continue too. He told that recently in Bahu tehsil the encroached land was also retrieved and so the process of retrieving of encroached land would continue.
While mentioning about the controversial construction of the shops at Chak Avtara Bishnah, the Deputy Commissioner said that he had ordered for demarcation of the Gair Munkin Rasta and also tried to ascertain the facts. He said that concerned SDM will look into the matter and report him and then the action as warranted under law would be taken against the wrong doers. He was apprised about the illegal construction as it is beyond understand that who is constructing and for what they are constructing. He was apprised about the Bishnah Municipality has not approved the site plan but the construction is going on.
Mentioning about the shirking of agriculture land, Anshul Garg said that on agriculture land only owner of land can construct the house that too within 10 marlas but commercial activities are not totally allowed, which is still a matter of concern. He said that government has not taken decision over the change of land use but government would come up with new revenue policy to cater the present demand arisen by the development in the Jammu.
He said that there is zero tolerance for corruption and delaying process in the district administration. He said that officers have to work or to leave the job and there is no third option for them.
