*The people those who not linked with agriculture or horticulture have managed the lease on their names and the genuine people are kept outside it.
*The role of President Municipal Committee Bishnah must be investigated to ascertain the truth of the encroachment of Chapri in Chak Avtara Bishnah.
*The EO MC Bishnah is supposed to write to concerned SDM and SDPO (police) for help to stop the illegal construction work to save the image of the department and administration otherwise people will lose faith on the administration.
*This is a direct challenge to honest Prime Minister Narender Modi that some capitalists of Bishnah can do anything and no one even Prime Minister can stop them.
*Mr LG sahib, please intervene in this issue and save the Gair Mumkin Chapri and Gair Mumkin Rasta from the land grabbers.

What is going on between Horticulture (Planning & Marketing) and Municipal Committee Bishnah? Is it a fix match between Horticulture (Planning & Marketing) and Municipal Committee Bishnah? Why is the President of Municipal Committee Bishnah interested for allowing illegal construction by the associates of Horticulture (Planning & Marketing) at Chak Avtara? What is the personal interest of President of Municipal Committee Bishnah in constructing of this illegal building at Chak Avtara? Why President of Municipal Committee Bishnah tried to intimidate the Executive Officer of his own department? Why President of Municipal Committee Bishnah hates honesty and sincerity of Executive Officer of his own department? Which department is responsible for allowing the illegal construction in Chak Avtara Bishnah Revenue, Bishnah Municipality or Horticulture (Planning & Marketing)? These are some uncomfortable and tough questions for the entire administration including DC Jammu and Divisional Commissioner Jammu to come clear that the organized encroachment is going on in Bishnah of Gair Mumkin Chapri and Gair Mumkin Rasta and that too with the help of one of the government departments Horticulture (Planning & Marketing).
It is the story which is going on in Bishnah as some of the influential persons are behind this and they have influenced the President of Municipal Committee Bishnah and Assistant Grading & Marketing Officer Horticulture (P&M) Bishnah, besides some of the revenue officers too. They are so powerful that despite the Executive Officer Municipal Committee Bishnah letter to Assistant Grading & Marketing Officer Horticulture (P&M) Bishnah for not carrying the illegal construction work, the land grabbers have continued the work despite they do not have the permission from BOCA for construction within the municipal limits.

Third the people have got the lease on their name are not related to agriculture and horticulture and are not eligible to get the lease of shop. The credentials of the lessees must be verified by the CBI to ensure the law of activities.
