President MC Bishnah writes a letter to EO to intimidate him for honesty
• One of the concerned Revenue officers told that no one can encroach and construct on Gair Mumki Rasta and Gair Mumkin Chapri as it is common land (Mufeede Aam).
• It is matter of concern that why President Municipal Committee Bishanh supporting the encroachment of common land and illegal construction work.
• The role of President Municipal Committee Bishanh is very doubtful and can cause loss to MC Bishnah and immediately CBI should investigate into the matter.
• The concerned Tehsildar Bishnah has wrote the Sub divisional Magistrate Jammu South for seeking immediate and kind assistance to protect the common land of inhabitants of Chak Avatar vide his office letter No TB/OQ/2021-22/488 dated 13-08-2021 but till date the office of SDM is silence over this serious issue and it is matter of concern.
• Now it is turn of Divisional Commissioner Jammu to immediate step-in this issue to save the common land otherwise some land grabbers on job.
• Let we see that BJP high command may take action against the President Municipal committee Bishnah who is working against the intention of Prime Minister Mr Narender Modi or all are in collusion.
• Jammu jottings will make more revelations about the one of the bigger scams of Jammu & Kashmir that how property dealer and land grabbers have got to be constructed shops allotted in advance on their name and later they sold out to others even the shops have not being constructed.

Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah disrespect the directions of Supreme Court vide order/judgement dated 28-01-2011 passed in Civil Appeal Ni 1132/2011 titled Jagpal Singh Vs State of Punjab? Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah try to violate the Government Order No Rev/Lit/218 of 2011 dated 28-11-2011 openly and encroaching the common path and water body? Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah try to violate cabinet decision No 188/23/2011 dated 19-10-2011, which denies the encroachment of water bodies and common path? Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah try to run its own kingdom, which has no concern with the constitution of J&K? Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah try to violate the law of land? Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah try to intimidate the Executive Officer of Municipal Committee of Bishnah, when the later tried to stop the illegal construction work on illegal land? Why does the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah try to openly work against the honest Prime Minister Mr Narender Modi and to challenge his crusade against corruption and misdeeds? These are some uncomfortable question for President Municipal Committee Bishanh to come and answer as people want to know that why he is supporting the illegal and unconstitutional work when he was elected by the people of Bishnah to save the interest of Bishnah Municipal Committee.
It is the matter of the fact that no construction work can be initiated on the water bodies and common land (Mufeede Aam) and this has been guaranteed by the highest court of India Supreme Court and later adopted by the then Jammu & Kashmir cabinet beside the government has issued an order vide Government Order No: Rev/Lit/218 of 2011, dated 28-11-2011 but despite this the president Municipal Committee is determined to not only support illegal construction but he tried his best to intimidate the honest Executive Officer and so he opted to go for leave and now he is on leave. Yesterday, our one of the senior correspondent visited the spot Chak Avtara and he witnessed that illegal construction work is going on that too on the illegal land. He immediately called the Executive Officer on 11.46 am on his mobile number to inform him that illegal work is going on but EO told that he was on leave but he will send his Khilafwarzi Officer to stop the work but after waiting some time he again called Executive Officer at 12.04 pm and asked him about the Khilafwarzi Officer he then told that Khilafwarzi officer is gathering the team and he will reach the spot on stop the work, but after waiting sometime our correspondent again called EO but all in vain as EO stopped to attend the call, may be President Municipal Committee Bishnah has intimidated him not to attend the calls and not to send the officers to stop the work and so illegal construction work continued.
One of the most concerned Revenue Officer told that no one can encroach the Chappri (Water Body) and Common Path and those who are doing it is absolutely illegal and unethical, besides openly challenging the Lt Governor and his authority. He said that people know that no one will come to stop the work but the work is entirely illegal and unethical. He said that Khasra No 289 is recorded as Gair Mumkin Rasta which is about 25 feet wide and Khasra No 357 is Giar Mumkin Chappri but the officers of Horticulture Department are hell bent to construct the building on Common path, which is itself violation of natural law. Now, the question arises that why officers of Horticulture Department are challenging the authority of Lt Governor by violating the law of land and posing a threat to constitution of J&K.
