Management has no legal permission to run ACM Public School, future of students at stake
*The ACM Public School Janipur was permitted to run the school till March 2017 and not beyond that but it is being run in 2021 that too without permission.
*Why the DSEJ and CEOJ have closed their eyes in respect of ACM Public School as it is purely illegal and putting the future of students at stake?

How a person can disrespect laws upto such extent? How a person can misuse his links to muscle the laws of land? How a person can be so powerful that he openly violated all sort of laws? Why he was not booked under law or his property was seized? Why has Education department accorded provisional permission in favor of ACM Public School Janipur Jammu when the so called institution did not have relevant documents like NOC from Municipality? These are the several questions irritating in the mind of people and Education department must come out and answer it otherwise it depicts a shabby image of the department.
The ACM Public School Janipur is running completely in an illegal manner under the nose of office of Director School Education Jammu. It is very weird that the vast department has kept its eyes close and allowing illegal things to go on in its domain. This is not a simple issue because it is linked with small kids and their futures. How one can expect good students of this illegal institution when the base of the school is based on fakeness and bundle of lies.
The permission/recognition upto 8th classes has been accorded by the office of Director of School Education but when I filed an RTI with the office in the concern of said school but the DSEJ have sent the RTI to CEO Jammu which itself a mockery on the part of DSEJ. It is pertinent to mention that whne DSEJ has granted permission to the said institute after getting an inspection report/file from the inspector being appointed by the DSEJ itself. There is no role of CEO Jammu but I fail to understand that why DSEL has sent the RTI to CEOJ when they have the entire file lying in their office.
I would like to mention here that the ACM Public School Janipur was accorded provisional permission from the office of DSEJ vide it is order No DSEJ/R/PVT/02 of 2014 dated 14-02-2014. Let me clarify more that the Director or CEO or Secretary can only accord permission/recognition when they get inspection report from the inspector appointed by the DSEJ. I would further clarify that only office of DSE are authorized to appoint the inspectors to inspect the private schools and upto 5th standard concerned CEO is authorized to grant permission/recognition, where as upto 8th class office of concerned DSE are authorized to grant permission/recognition above 8tha classes the Secretary/Commissioner of School Education department is authorized to grant permission/recognition.
In the case of ACM Public School Janipur Jammu the DSEJ appointed the Principal Higher Secondary School Domana and he inspected the school physically or not it is another issue but he gave inspection report vide his office No HSSD/J/33 dated 11-02-2014 as it shown in the order of grant of permission of the school by DSEJ. The most wondering part of the story is that the school got permission on 14-02-2014 within three days, which is a miracle and it depicts that the entire office was not having other file or work to do except this file. The very less time period taken by the DSEJ itself creates a doubt on the then officers.
The so called chairman of illegally running ACM Public School Janipur Jammu has tried to mislead the department and RTI activist as he gave wrong information to hide his misdeeds and mischievousness. He gave the reply of dated 01-08-2012 as the RTI was filed on 2020 and concerned ZEO has served him a letter in the year 2020. He said in his reply that school building is established on JDA land whereas it is permitted for residential construction and not for school construction. He also said that NOCs from all the concerned departments were availed but the CEOJ letter says that except some NOCs including building safety certificate is being produced by the school management.
The CEOJ has clearly stated in his office letter No CEOJ/PVT/35612-14 dated 02-03-2021 clearly stated that despite sending four reminders the school authority failed to produce essential documents to run the school and he referred to DSEJ for necessary action as they failed to produce essential documents.
The more interesting part of this episode that the permission to run the ACM Public School Janipur has been expired since 2017 and the institute could not get the renewal of the permission due to lack of essential documents so the school is no more a legal institute and it should immediately seized and students may sent to other institutes so that their future may not put at stake.
