Truth: Everyone likes but equations in Akhnoor differ!

In Akhnnor revenue department has own law, can change the qisms at any point

*In case of Gair Mumkin Khad Gurah Brahmana Tehsil Akhnoor Khasra No 628 the intervention of Divisional Commissioner Jammu has stopped the illegal construction work but SDM Akhnoor justified the construction work.

*As per the SDM Akhnoor Gopal Singh, the Divisional Commissioner Jammu has less knowledge and both are on different grids on the same issue.

*SDM Akhnnor says that they have Shamlat Deh and have the right for construction but Div Com Jammu has stopped the work. Who is wrong and who is right, it is in public domain now?

*Khasra No 99, 628 and 629 have been blessed as milking cows for the revenue officials as they have made big money by using wrong means and it should be scanned by ACB minutely.

*If the Revenue department officials are corrupt then an action is a necessity but its not forthcoming!

As far as the Revenue Department officials in Tehsil Akhnoor go, I have some words that are appropriate. They may agree or not but their functioning as per the people say then these words fit like creased and ironed tailor made suits. Crawling, creeping, dallying, dawdling, dilatory, dillydallying, dragging, laggard, lagging, languid and snail-pacedare not out of the stitching code. If the readers permit I can go on but something stops me and that is et cetera basically a Latin expression that is used in English to mean and other similar things, or and so forth. But why are the officials like the words I wrote here? The reason is that top heavy Revenue department is heftily corrupt, sold off their principles in case they had any, have the capability to throttle the truth and turn a blind eye on realistic things since realism never fetches money but the unimaginable doings get plenty of money packs as extra candies as perks along with the end of the month salary packages.

The people of Akhnoor know that and it is is because their repeated complaints have only found the way to dustbins to be sold off to the scarp buyers moving on a bicycle, howling and scowling with air filled rubber sirens that hoot on pressing. There has to be a reason for every allegation and the people of Akhnoor have several against the revenue officials posted here and the reasons are many but some adjectively and subjectively go something like this:

*They definitely are not prince or kings and honest type. They are basically invisible dirt in form of a sly smile literally is/was smeared across their cheek and forehead. With shirt ripped and jeans caked with dried mud (invisible though), there is/was never a moment when dust of corruption wasn’t covering their face. And surprisingly it was perfectly okay with them. Just because they had changed Qism Gair Mumkin Khud type of land to something else but on papers, yet the land was the same. Sand drowns the faces and smears them also. May be of the seniors too in Jammu and Kashmir administration! Prove me wrong!

*This is yet another corollary, ‘I was dirty every weekend because I ran through the rain and mud, I taught my soul how to battle and reach deep for the reserve beneath the reserve and give it all I had. So that mud, I was proud of that, real proud.’ This was about a runaway kid in hunt for a fortune. May be when the word ‘Qism’ never existed! But today every Goddamn Property dealer/dealers knows that? How? Yet another strawberry who talks about Qism’s? Have to be a Patwari begging or having a bottle of drinks in the evening with a plus, money in his money bag and if in senses good with his family! He will never do that since he was never good at all! How could be on boat with corruption written all over!

*If water bodies are in question then water bodies definitely fall into an equilibrium. Letter of the same and the date I have already published but still the administration is on a land circus giant wheel ride. Yet another Qism and this time Ghaas Charai! Here an adventure was started but fizzled out. Again the derivatives are page full because nothing happened? Why? When should not be a question because the land is existent but the Goddamn Qism is changed? Who ane how are still the legitimate questions which the people are asking?

*Beneath this mud of Ghaas Charai lands, I hope the revenue officials in Tehsil ASkhnoor have not forgotten? If I rattle them out they would be blushing any way, there is a person who, but for a wash and a comb, is exactly the same as you all revenue officials Tehsil Akhnoor. A dirty appearance is only a statement of need, a sign of what kind of care is required, a reason to feel real empathy. That your higher officials can do? You should ask the question as why they are not acting? They cannot because you all in Tehsil Akhnoor have stitched their lips but definitely not with laser surgery! But with what? Has to be something else as to why seniors in Revenue Department are lips closed?

It is not yet over from my side. Why is this happening?

* Qisms of lands are being changed at will by the Revenue Officials? How can one change the records at will. These lands have heirs and the people of Akhnoor have been complaining for the same?

* These lands here not created by human beings. Neither could have they been by revenue officials but the fact is that still they belonged to someone. To whom did they? Revenue officials can change the Qism but not the names of dead who owned it! But they can do it on behest of someone but who? Rule out Attorney holders here? I know that all.

* Hefty sum of money other than the salaries drawn is being made on the dead but names of cremated or buried exist. Find out their antecedents and then change the Qisms and relatethem to those who used this word Attorney!

* The same cannot be done by land mafia functional in Akhnoor, property dealers, gun carrying goons or goofs bloated by money but can be made possible by Patwaris, Girdawars and Niab Tehsildars. And it is still existent!

* This obviously concludes my story as to who is playing the big game of land puzzles in Akhnoor. Someone is but who exactly? That can never would be found out and never someone will tell but as usual I have a small connotation to give in form of a studied fact?

Governments around the world are losing the trust of citizens. The civic space is shrinking and the rule of law has become increasingly threatened. According to Social Progress Index, the world will hit the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) not by 2030, but only in 2094.There is no silver bullet for preventing corruption. Every country has its own political, cultural and legal context; the measures that may be effective in country A may not work for B. But there is hope. Many successful anti-corruption initiatives around the world have made it possible to save billions of paper money, improving the quality of citizens’ lives. But in Akhnoor it is a distant dream yet. The people are still fighting for their own lands of which the Qisms are being changed and that too at will! More of it tomorrow because for an honest man it does come and for a restless ones? The answer is with the Revenue officials there in the Tehsil!
