A Rajasthani has a big say in J&K administration as no one dare to hold him
*Let we see that Financial Commissioner Revenue, Jammu & Kashmir Government Mr Shaleen Kabra will step in this land scam of Gair Mumkin Khad or he too will let the scam go.
*What kind of measures the government has to take in future to stop such type of land scam in Jammu & Kashmir which are damaging the J&K exchequer.
*Why Revenue Department is dependent on the other agencies like media houses to open their eyes about the land scam.

The issue of Gair Mumkin Khad in Gurha Brahmana and Lower Thatter is not going to die as with each passing day the land grabbers are inventing new methods to make the grabbing more safe but they do not know that their every action is being monitored and noticed.
In the grabbing case of Gair Mumkin Khad land falling under Khasra No 65 and 305 in Gurah Brahmana and Lower Thatter, very big players are also playing role in this to make easy money at the cost of Jammu & Kashmir. We have already mentioned that a one of the big corporate family is involved in the grabbing of Gair Mumkin Khad which has already dominated the Jammu with his business. Though the family has not a good past history yet now they are enjoying the luxury life and having many political connections to have a blanket cover their all types of misdeeds.
The person who is on forefront in this one of the biggest land scam in Jammu is a Rajasthani, who has been nourished and brought in Jammu by a high profile person and now there are unconfirmed reports that they have estranged relations.
Now this is not the game of small players as the stakeholders are big players and it is not the issue of small revenue officers as it seems that issue is in the hands of high officers like Financial Commissioner Revenue and Advisor to Lt Governor.
There is another character, who has been projecting herself as a BJP leader but the state BJP officials on the condition of anonymity told that she has nothing to do with the BJP but she herself acclaimed as a leader. There are reports that she is having connection with national leaders and so the ball is in high revenue officers including Divisional Commissioner, FCR and Advisor. But there is an old saying that ‘Law is above all’ but we have to see that this saying is correct in the case of land grabbing of 1900 kanals in Gurha Brahmana and Lower Thatter or she will sway the law of land.
The illegal construction was going on today as some of the persons have seen engaged in constructing. The position will get clear tomorrow that upto what extent the police have to play a role in this.
