Leh, Feb 27: Who is Arif Tantray? What is the role of Arif Tantray in the paper leak of KVS in Leh? Why the Investigation officer of Police Post Housing Colony, Leh has issued notice to Arif Tantary and to other two persons as per the reports? Is Arif Tantray a powerful person who can do anything? What is connection between Rajouri and Arif Tantray? These are the harsh questions irritating in the mind of people and need to be answered by government over the paper leak issue.
The paper leak issue in Leh has taken new turn as the concerned police has taken the matter seriously and issued notices to Arif Tantray, Shivam and Stanzin Angmo.
Just after registering the FIR on February 22 Jammu Jottings have published news item regarding paper leak scam in Leh. In the connection of paper leak of KVS, an FIR has been lodged on February 21 on 19.00 hours with the Police Station Leh. Immediate after lodging of FIR the concerned police came in action and started investigation.
The concerned police has issued notice to three persons including Arif Tantray, Shivam and Stanzin Angmo and directed trio to appear before the Investigation Officer, Police Post Housing Colony, Leh, on different dates. The notice read as ‘In exercise of power conferred under section 160/CrPC, I hereby informed you that during the course of investigation, it appears that you are acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the above mentioned case which is under investigation with me. Hence, you are required to appear before me on 25/02/2023 at 10.30 hours at Police Post Housing Colony Leh. Whereas, if you will not cooperate/coordinate with the investigation agency by way of not making your presence on the above mentioned date, time and place, it shall be presumed that you are not complying the law and legal proceedings as warranted under law shall be initiated against you.’
The notice was issued under section 160, CRPC in the case FIR No 25/2023 under section 406, 420 IPC of Police Station Leh and was issued to Arif Tantray online Service.
The notices were issued to other two comprising Stanzin Angmo C/O GCom online institute Hiousing Colony Leh and was summoned on 23/02/2023 at 16.30 at Police Post Housing Colony, Leh. The third notice issued to Mr Shivam C/O Lamdon Online Assessment Institute and directed him to appear on 24/92/2023 at 16.30 hours at the same place.
The police has taken the cognizance of complaint lodged by one of the observers following after that he noticed some suspicious activities and later it turned into paper leak scam. The police is tight-lipped over the issue but working on the issue with all sincerity.
The role of Arif Tantray has to be investigated deeply as his name has been allegedly surfaced in other paper leak including JKP SI< FAA and JE Cavils, so people must maintain distance from such elements.
