SDD in mess!
- In Skill development Department there is much mess and several officers and officials are working in same for decades and the reason that corrupt practices are in full swing.
- There are some officers who are extending blank guarantee to some officials who are already on stay for decades together.

Jammu, Sep 01: The General Administrative Department has wreaked a surgical strike on those officers and officials who have taken themselves as king of the department and they have done many misdeeds in Skill Development Department. They remained in the same chair for minting money and it can be gauged that they have cling to the same chair.
Vide OM No. GAD-ADM011 / 20 / 2021-09-GAD Dated: 24-08-2022 under subject: Rationalization of staff-reg all the Administrative Secretaries have been requested to identify and recommend the transfer of employees in their subordinate offices who have completed a tenure of more than five years within 7 days.
In Skill Development Department two officers viz. Mohd Ashraf Wani and Mudasir Shamas, Deputy Director and Assistant Director respectively at the Directorate at Srinagar have been entrusted with the work of identifying and recommending the transfer of employees who have completed 5 + years at a single place of posting.
Let we see that how many over stayed officers will themselves come forward and surrender for new posting, if they are honest and have not been minting money but I think no one come on their own but they will forcibly ousted from the offices.
However it is learnt through reliable sources that some officers have given blank guarantee to many blue eyed officials that they will not be transferred. The sources have given certain names who have a stay of more than decade at a single place but JJ team does not want to expose them at this premature stage of time, till the orders are issued as per the government directions. However the concerned officers are requested to take the matter seriously and desist from giving the assurances to the sub-ordinate officials who have often played somersault in such situations.
