Patna, July 31: Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah on Sunday said that his party would contest 2024 Lok Sabha and 2025 Bihar Assembly elections under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Shah while addressing a joint national executive meeting of seven cells of BJP here, said that his party would contest 2024 Lok Sabha and 2025 Bihar Assembly elections under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. BJP always remained prepared to contest election and preparations for 2024 Lok Sabha elections had already been completed, he added.
” BJP will emerge victorious in 2024 Lok Sabha seats winning more seats under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi than the party had won in 2019 Lok Sabha seats”, BJP leader said adding that Narendra Modi was all set to become Prime Minister again in 2024 Lok Sabha elections. BJP and JD(U) was cordial and no uneasiness was there, he clarified.
Shah said that a tribal woman Draupadi Murmu becoming President was a historic event. Our government was committed to welfare and upliftment of farmers, oppressed, tribals, women, backwards and deprived. He also appealed to people to hoist tricolour on their houses from August 13 to 15 as part of celebration of ‘ Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to mark platinum jubilee of Independence.
BJP leader also participated in meeting of party MPs, MLAs, MLCs and other leaders. He was given rousing welcome by BJP leaders and workers on his arrival at Patna Airport. UNI
