He cheated system but then SHO shielded him!
- The then Chief Medical Officer Poonch has tried to register FIR vide his letter No CMO/P/2637-40 dated 16-11-2019 but the then SHO Surnakote openly shielded him.
- The sitting SHO Surnakote has confirmed that no FIR has been registered in this regard till date.
- The sitting CMO Poonch told that she has no knowledge about but in working hours she will take up the issue and try to pursue for FIR against the fraudster person.

Jammu, Jun 06: Why has not the then Station House Officer Police Station Surankote registered FIR against a fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani son of Riaz Hussian Shah resident of Potha Surankote, Poonch? Why the then SHO Surankote has gone berserk and he has not denied to Chief Medical Officer Poonch letter No CMO/P/ 2637-40 dated 16-11-2019? Why the then SHO Surankote has so kind on a fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani? What was the personal interest of the then SHO Surnakote for not registering the FIR against the fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani despite the official letter of the then CMO Poonch? Why has not the then SSP Poonch taken cognizance of the letter of CMO Poonch as his office duly received the copy of FIR on 19-11-2022? Why has the then Deputy Commissioner Poonch also remained silent over this fraud as copy of FIR also sent to his office? These are some grave and serious concerns to be focused by the administration and the person who tried to cheat the system must be punished and sent behind the bars.
A fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani son of Riaz Hussian Shah resident of Potha Surankote, Poonch has secured job in fourth class stream in Health department in Poonch district vide selection list notification No CMO/P/1983-87 dated 25-09-2019. The said fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani son of Riaz Hussian Shah has been selected at serial No 14.
The fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani son of Riaz Hussian Shah has played the game to secure the service is found to have submitted fudged documents (mark sheet 10th & 12th) at the time of applying for the post. But later at the time of joining he submitted different documents, which has clearly indicated that he has fudged the documents.
While comparing the documents it has been found that the fraudster Sayed Mushahid Hamdani son of Riaz Hussian Shah has fudged the documents. The then CMO Poonch vide his office letter No CMO/P/2536-40 dated 06-11-2019 issued the cancellation order of selection of Sayed Mushahid Hamdani son of Riaz Hussian Shah and mentioned as ‘On the basis & verification of original documents as comparing with the documents sub,itted by the candidate at the time of submission of application are found fudged the candidate mischievously submitted the fudged documents to obtain undue benefit and has mislead the recruitment committee hence the selection of Mushaid Hamadani s/o Raiz Hussian Shah is cancelled ab intio and the candidate next to merit in will be shifted up and the waiting list will be rearranged accordingly.’
