GAD constitutes Inquiry Committee, RK Goyal to head

- The Inquiry Committee comprised three members and will submit the report within 15 days after touching all aspects.
- It is the efforts of Jammu Jottings to expose the rigging of test and then forced the LG to constitute the Inquiry Committee.

Jammu, Jun 13: The issue of rigging and irregularities have done in the written test for the posts of FAA and JKP SI has now taken a shape of big tree and now the government will not leave any opportunity to project themselves that they are running the country corruption free.
As it was announced by the Lt Governor on Jun 09 that a high level committee would be framed to look into said issue but the office of General Administration Department vide Government order No 687-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 10-06-22 issued an order to enquire the irregularities allegedly done in written test for JKP Sub Inspector of JKP and the test was conducted by JKSSB.
The Jammu Jottings team has worked untiring on this heinous crime for last so many days and exposed some policemen who were involved in this scandal and got their three persons selected in the test. One retired person from paramilitary has worked a tout in this case as one serving doctor has played key role in this scandal. The Lt Governor and the has raised the issue in his speech after going through the news items published in Jammu Jottings and ultimately it has yielded results.
One doctor of paramilitary forces is presently working in Jammu and sitting in high office, has played a vital role and most the aspirants from his native village got selected. The Inquiry Committee, which is headed by Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Home Department RK Goyal IAS who is very honest officer will not spare anyone involved in this scandal. The other members included Principal Secretary to the Government general Administration Department and Secretary Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs.
The inquiry committee has to submit the report within 15 days and can co-opt asny member if required or needed by the committee. The committee further advised to submit the report or recommendations taking into account all aspects of selection process within a period of fifteen days from the date of issuance of the order.
