Roshani Act has no efficacy!

Jammu, Jun 02: The Tehsildar Jourian Samriti Sharma today acted promptly and stopped the illegal construction in the village of Rakh Dhogh, which was carried by some miscreants.
As soon as the Tehsildar Jourian Samriti Sharma came to know today that some miscreants have indulged in illegal construction in Rakh Dhogh, she immediately swung into action and deputed a revenue team led by the concerned Naib Tehsildar to stop the work. She said that no one would be allowed for illegal construction at any cost and such acts would not be tolerated at any cost.
The concerned Naib Tehsildar along with Patwari reached on the spot and noticed that the miscreants have started construction on agriculture land and state land. The agriculture land measuring 3 kanal is falling under Khasra No 59 and the state land measuring 2 kanla 5 marlas is falling under Khasra No 60. In both the cases the construction is not allowed but some miscreants least bother about the law of land.
The concerned Naib Tehsildar said that land measuring 2 kanal and 10 marlas was allotted to them under Roshni Act, which has been cancelled and now the land is the property of state, so no one can has the right to construct over it.
The Naib Tehsildar said that as per the directions of tehsildar they had pasted a notice on the walls that the construction is prohibited on this land as the land is property of state.
