Jammu, May 25: Why Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh denied about the issue of illegal Retail Outlet/Petrol pump at Thuddi was not in his notice? What is the intention of Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh? Is Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh having any personal interest in this illegal petrol pump? Why Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh instead of divulging the actual position has tried to hide? Why District Administration Rajouri shielding accused instead of taking penal action against the violators of law of land? These are some serious concerns which should be considered by the state administration and to take immediate action so that such violators would be discouraged in future too.
On the direction of office of Lt Governor, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh himself is holding the inquiry in case of installation of illegal Petrol Pump at Thuddi that too on Irrigated Land, besides it fails to meet the criteria of 30 meters away from the residential area as it is zero meter from the residential area, moreover their own house is at zero meter from the property line of illegal Petrol Pump. But it was the matter of surprise that he while talking to Jammu Jottings he said that issue is not in his notice and next day he would check the issue. The most intriguing part of the story that today the responsible complainant met him in his office chamber and submitted his written statement. The complainant was called by the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh on 24-05-2022 through office landline number 01962262481 and was told that an inquiry from the office of Lt Governor had reached their office and ion this concern he had to give statement in the support of complaint.
The complainant visited the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh himself yesterday and met with him in his office chamber but later he was advised to submit his statement in written and today during office hours he again met with Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh and submitted the statement quoting all the sections of law related to the violation of installation of petrol pump and penal actions to be taken by revenue authorities, besides attempt to installations of petrol pump on irrigated land without change of land use.
It is matter of grave concern that why Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh despite knowing everything about the illegal installation of petrol pump at Thuddi divulged that he did not know anything but in the next working day he would see it. His blatantly refusal has created many doubts and the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha himself must take cognizance of this complicated issue and protect the law of land.
