Very sad on part of JDA!
- The JDA is deliberately delaying to reply the letter of Chief Education Officer Jammu No CEOJ/36990-96, dated 01-01-2022 over the land title at Janipur Khasra No 1186.
- The reminder was also served to JDA by letter No CEOJ/34920-25 dated 08-02-2022 but no response till date.
- The Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langer has taken very tough stand against the illegal occupation of land but ACM Public School Janipur has captured the JDA land illegally.

Jammu, Feb 15: Why not the Jammu Development Authority is replying to the letter of Chief Education Officer Jammu in case of allotment of land to ACM Public School Janipur? Why the Jammu Development Authority is deliberately ignoring the reply to the letter of Chief Education Officer Jammu since 01-01-2022? Why the Jammu Development Authority has taken 46 days to reply the letter of Chief Education Officer Jammu in which he sought clarification of land? Why the Jammu Development Authority has ignored the first reminder on same subject from Chief education Officer Jammu? These are some pointing questions for the Jammu Development Authority that what they wanted to hide from the Chief Education Officer Jammu as he wanted to clarify about the allotment of land in the favour of AMC Public School Janipur Jammu.
The issue is that the once JDA allotted the land to one Nirmal Sachhar daughter of Sh Behari Lal for at Janipur near Devak Community Hall Jammu under Khasra No 1186 and later the JDA cancelled the allotment the allotment was illegal and falls in the list of illegal allotment. The letter of JDA has come to the reply of Jammu Municipal Corporation vide JDA letter No CTP/JDA/BPC/768-72 dated 18-12-2010.
The letter has clearly stated that allotment has been cancelled and then there is no question of construction of any type of building in the said land/plot. The land/plot was allotted for residential purpose but they have constructed a school, which comes under commercial activity. They have violated the law of land twice and so there is no excuse for them under law.
The Chief Education Officer Jammu has written his first letter on 01-01-2022 vide its letter No CEOJ/36990-96 and he asked to JDA as “Request for verification related to allotment of a plot/land of one kanal bearing Khasra No 1186.” The matter is very clear and there should no objection to JDA to clear the title of land but JDA after passing 46 long days remained unmoved, the reason better known to the JDA officers.
Not only this, the Chief Education Officer Jammu has written another letter as a Reminder No 1 on 08-02-2022 vide its letter No CEOJ/34920-25 to pull the sleeping JDA but the JDA has not take care of the second letter too. The ACM Public School is already running illegally and on the land belongs to JDA but the JDA has least bother about it. It seems that in JDA there is a cell, which supports the fake and fraudulent people of the Jammu.
