Jammu, Jan 09: Why SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is ignoring the directions from the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? Why SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is ignoring the enquiry into worst criminal conspiracy case? Why SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is indirectly supporting the fraudulent revenue officials? What is the mean of one week for SDM Jammu North Pawant Kotwal? Is 28 days is not a week for SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal? Why SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is behaving so in an irresponsible way? Why SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is indirectly insulting the office of DC Jammu by defying its directions? These are some worrisome questions and these questions are showing that an officer of level of SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is openly defying the directions of DC Jammu and it is not first event that he had openly defied the DC directions and despite the directions to reply within a week the SDM Jammu North has not replied after lapse 28 days.
One complaint has approached the office of DC Jammu against the erring revenue officers who failed to take action against the fraudster revenue official who forged the signature of his senior officers one Girdwar and the same Girdwar has filed a written complaint to the office of SDM Jammu North on 11-07-2016 and till date his complaint is gathering dust in the office of SDM Jammu North. Considering the gravity of complaint the DC Jammu has asked the ADC to write SDM Jammu North to take action in the case.
The letter from office of DC Jammu was signed by ADC Jammu vide its letter No ADC/ADM/PS/2021-22/2334-36 dated 13-12-2021 to furnish a detailed report to the office DC Jammu within a period week so that matter may proceed further. The subject of the letter read as- “Complaint against the erring revenue officials for not initiating any action against the written complaint dated 11-07-2016 filed by the then Girdwar Niabat Bhalwal against serious criminal offense against disgruntle revenue officials of Tehsil Bhalwal for issuing forged document by forging the signature of the then Girdwar.” The operating portion of the DC Jammu letter is read as “In this connection, I am directed to request you to seek the replies of employees of Tehsil Bhalwal and furnish a week’s time to proceed further in the matter.”
Here everything is very clear that DC Jammu has desired to get the reply of SDM Jammu North within a period of one week but SDM Jammu North after lapse of 28 days which is four times more not replied to letter of DC Jammu, which amounts to be an insult of DC Jammu.
