Corrupt Patwari Javed & his family members own 433 in Bhalwal Tehsil, 8 kanal in Marh

He is Landlord Patwari of Jammu!

• A report of Tehsildar Bhalwal clearly indicates that corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family members having 433 kanal and 05 marlas land i.e. 8665 marlas only in one Tehsil and 8 kanals in Marh Tehsil total 8825 marlas.
• The Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer Jammu Ghansham Singh vide No DCJ/ACB-Comp/2021-22/673 dated 27-11-2021 has replied to the ACB letters No ACB/P.S-Central/2021/230 dated 25-01-2021 but mentioned only 265 kanal in Bhalwal whereas it is 433 kanals and 5 marlas only in Bhalwal.
• The Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer Jammu Ghansham Singh missed to mention about the sold land 10 kanals in Bishnah, which was on his name.
• The family of Javed Ahmed has got 24 kanal and 10 marals land of Custodian, which he is not entitled to get allotted.

Jammu, Dec 13: How a Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family members can have 441 kanal and 5 marlas land on their names? How a person just after being appointed as Patwari in 2014 can accumulate/buy 441 kanal and 05 marlas land? Why some officers from the administration is supporting the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed? Why not Patwari Javed Ahmed was kept in suspended animation till the enquiry completes? How much money the corrupt Patwari has gathered by fleecing the innocent people? These are some uncomfortable but relevant questions posed for the revenue department as these questions are irritating in the mind of people and they wanted to know the reply.
The Superintendent of Police ACB P/S Central Jammu has written a letter vide its letter No SP(C)/SS/2021/3077 dated 15-12-2021 to the Tehsildar Bhalwal and copy to Additional Deputy Commissioner, DVO, Jammu, with reference to ADC, DVO Jammu letter No. DCJ/ACB-Comp/2021-22/673 dated 27-11-2021 has expressed dismay over not giving details of modes of the possession/occupation as requested vide earlier communication No. ACB/PS-Central/2021/230 dated 25-01-2021. The letter further said “In this regard, it is reiterated that mode of the acquisition of all the immoveable land/properties either purchase/ ancestral/lease/ allotment /in possession or otherwise, as per the enclosures, recorded in the name of Javed Ahmed and his family members may kindly be provided at an earliest along with the copies of the records.”
In past, the office of the Deputy Commissioner Jammu has sought detail report from the 21 tehsildars of Jammu district but the three tehsildars have given report of having property in their tehsils. The three tehsils included Bhalwal Tehsils in which the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family members are having 265 kanals and 13 marals land, second Tehsil is Marh in which the Bashir Ahmed father of the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed owns 8 kanals of land and the third Tehsil is Bishnah in which Patwari Javed Ahmed has got more than 10 kanals of land and sold the same by making residential plots.
But the Tehsildar Bhalwal has wrongly given the detail of landed properties instead of 433 kanal and 05 marlas he given 265 kanals and 13 marlas. I do not know that Tehsildar has given wrong figures of land intentionally or unintentionally but he has given wrong figure this too be investigated. It is pertinent to mention that the first posting of Javed Ahmed as Patwari was in Bishnah and at that time Amit Upadhaya was Naib tehsildar there and both are having very close intimacy in many aspects and now Amit Upadhaya has promoted to Tehsildar Bhalwal so Amit tried to support the Javed Ahmed because both are friends of thick and thin.
Patwari Parnav Dev Singh is staunch supporter of corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed, who issued all the illegal Farads falling in his jurisdiction, in the favour of Javed Ahmed and Parnav Dev Singh also gathered much money as a bribe and on the power of money he can do anything but Anti Corruption Bureau do not care for money power.
