EO & KO play double game in illegal construction at Bazigar Basti W No 12

It is in Akhnoor Municipality!

• Tehsildar Akhnoor took strong stand against the illegal construction that too sponsored by an elected member and today the illegal constructed building be razed down by the order of Tehsildar.
• The Executive Officer and Khilafwarzi Officer Akhnoor Municipality has played double game and they supported the violators in diplomatic way. The mislead by sharing half constructed pillars and posed that they have demolished the pillars but actuality the construction was raised upto half level.

Jammu, Dec 15: How a person or persons can construct the building in the Municipal limits without permission of Akhnoor Municipal authorities? Why the Khilafwarzi Officer Kuldeep Sharma is playing double game in the episode of illegal construction of shops 3 to 4 at Bazigar Mohalla Ward No 12? Why the Khilafwarzi Officer Kuldeep Sharma is misleading the department and government over the illegal construction of shops 3 to 4 at Bazigar Mohalla Ward No 12? Why the Executive Officer Rajat Abrol has closed his eyes on the issue of illegal construction of shops 3 to 4 at Bazigar Mohalla Ward No 12? Are Executive Officer Rajat Abrol and Khilafwarzi Officer Kuldeep Sharma waiting for Saturday and Sunday so that violators may take the benefit of Sunday holiday and raise the construction to final level and later they may get stay from Court of law? Why such type of tactics are being suggested by the officers of the Akhnoor Municipality to the violators? Why not the Executive Officer Rajat Abrol issuing dismantling orders on the spot and get the illegal construction razed down? These are some uncomfortable but relevant questions for the Housing department and others, so that there may be some improvement in functioning of the department.
In the Municipal limits of Akhnoor, some violators and one of them is an elected person are openly violating the law of land that too during the President Rule, which amounts that they are challenging the President of India openly. After revoking the Act 370 and 35A, besides converting it in Union Territory, the Jammu & Kashmir is being ruled by the Union Government of India but the persons in Akhnoor do not care about it. The elected leader is the main person who is instrumental in this illegal construction and government must impose PSA on them as they are trying to breach the peace in the locality.
The issue has been brought into the notice of Tehsildar Akhnoor who promptly acted on this and immediately directed the Executive Officer and Khilafwarzi Officer of Akhnoor Municipality but Khilafwarzi Officer Rajat Abrol has misused his official position and tried to mislead the Tehsildar Akhnoor Surrinder Singh by saying that he has dismantled half of the portion but late Tehjsildar was apprised by some persons about the fake story of Rajat Abrol, who in turn will visit on the spot tomorrow before coming to office along with entire teshil administration to stop the violation. He told that no violation will be allowed in Akhnoot Tehsil. It is pertinent to mention that Tehsildar Surrinder Singh is honest and people friendly officer, who is very soft toward genuine persons but very tough to violators irrespective their affiliations. Tomorrow, the structure will be razed down after the visit of Tehsildar as people are looking towards him. He will also shot an explanation to EO and Khilfawarzi officer for misleading the office of Tehsildar Akhnoor.
