Illegal construction in Bhalwal!

• Today illegal construction work was going on than someone has flashed the message to Tehsildar Bhalwal and in turn Tehsildar Bhalwal came in action and got the work stopped.
• The Tehsildar Bhalwal is proactive in his work and no land-mafia can encroach the state land or other land, whereas the previous Tehsildar was hand-in-glove with land-robbers.
• The encroacher has posed himself as an official of Housing Board Corporation but failed to show his identity and moreover no one has the right over this land.
• The MD of Housing Board Corporation is making his intervention to hide its failures and wrong doings. The MD must be bridled.

Jammu, dec 15: The land-encroaching process in Bhalwal was patronized by the previous Tehsildar and SDM Jammu North but with the transfer of Tehsildar the mathematically equation have got upset and the encroachment is not going frequently but encroachers are upset and the SDM Jammu North is also unhappy over the new Tehsildar as he is not going to accept any wrong directions from any corner.
The land-robbers are taking a new course of way to rob the land and they have guised themselves as the officials of the Housing Board Corporation but the man has failed to prove himself as an official. Let we consider him as an official of the Housing Board Corporation but how it is justified that an official of the said board can encroach the land that too without any order and directions from the government. Moreover, the litigation in the concern of land in question is still lying in Divisional Commissioner officer for final decision. The land grabbers who are having some collusion with the office if concerned SDM are now pressurizing the new Tehsildar of Bhalwal to come with them so that they may loot the government land let it be state land, Gair Mumkin Khad, Gair Mumkin Jaad, Khaa Charai, chhapri and other common land.
There are reports that Managing Director of the Housing Board Corporation also making his intervention in the land grabbing process as they failed to provide possession to those from whom they have taken money and now he is grasping at straw to save his skin and the government must take cognizance of the such man, who is here to cheat the people and the system.
