Only to satisfy his ego!
- The Lt Governor Manoj Sinha must have a deep check in the performance of the Deputy Commissioners and ask them to provide a performance diary to check their efficiency.
- Such DCs are very fond of for photo-up to come in the media, as they have not an iota of realization for their anti-people attitude.
- Very shortly, Jammu Jottings will expose such DC with his name that too with fact and figures of his egoist performance. The law is bigger and he thinks himself bigger then law.

Jammu, Dec 10: It feels very awkward but it is true that government must to be very careful and attentive while appointing the Deputy Commissioners of the districts especially in Jammu province as the Jammu has already being discriminated a lot and now there are some Deputy Commissioners who are inefficient and incompetent but they are posing themselves honest besides they are arrogant, nut, whimsical, batty and freak.
The Deputy Commissioners are the heads of the respective districts to lead the district administration including police, administration, law & order, court, educational, cultural and other aspects too. The persons who has to be appointed as Deputy Commissioner must have common sense to understand the problems and issues but he should not be freak or arrogant, besides he must be people-friendly and keen-witted. There are a few Deputy Commissioners who are very arrogant, egoist, incompetent and whimsical besides they are unfriendly to people, non-cooperative and trying to suppress the people only to satisfy their ego.
Such type of officer who have been appointed as Deputy Commissioners to head the districts would be instrumental to brew the anguish among the people which can lead the law & order problem, besides provocative for shut downs and hartals. Such type of Deputy Commissioners can lead chaos in their respective districts instead of smooth running of the district administration. Such person has the one-point programme that he is the super man and his wrong decisions must be accepted by the people and youth. They are not only egoist but due to their ego they cannot take decision and try to linger on the issue. Such type of Deputy Commissioners create frustration among the youth, which further provoke the people against the administration and it leads to chaos then the administration books the innocent youth for the failure of arrogant Deputy Commissioners. There are such inefficient and incapable Deputy Commissioners who raises the same objection again and again, which shows their freak mentality. They openly become the part of problem instead of part of solution, whereas they enjoy while making the public to suffer mere to satisfy their ego.
The Lt Governor must intervene in this issue to put system on the right track and ask for the performance report from Deputy Commissioners who are good for nothing, besides they are misusing their official position. The LG sahib can check that how many files they have cleared and how many files have been lying in their office for the want of clearance and on how many files they have raised the same objections again and again, besides how many times Deputy Commissioners have raised the same objections. Such Deputy Commissioners have become headache for the other district officers who want to work for the public but such anti-people DCs have become hurdles for them. If a Deputy Commissioner raises twice the same objection it should be deemed that he is mentally weak or pig-headed. Such Deputy Commissioners must be removed so that people may not suffer anymore.
