School Education Department openly insults its own order within 95 days

Lack of administrative skill in School Edu Dept!

• The people of J&K are in quandary that what is going on in the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir, which is considered as top office of J&K.
• For whom the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir is playing with law of land.
• With this attachment the students of eight government schools are suffering but the government has no care about it.
• Total 40 employees have attached with the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir including one lecturer, one master, seven teachers, one laboratory assistant, seven laboratory bearers, two senior assistants, six junior assistants and 15 orderlies.
•  What is the fun of attaching Laboratory Assistant with the administrative department and leaving the concerned school to suffer?
• The LG must intervene in this issue to save the future of students of seven schools by detaching the nine academic persons from the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir.

Jammu, Nov 26: What is going on in the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir? Why there is so lack of administrative skill in the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir? Why in the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir so confused and contradicts its own orders that too with in the period of 95 days? Who is the black sheep in the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir? Why the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir playing double standard game with the people of J&K? Who is misleading the Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir Mr BK Singh? These are some hard but relevant questions irritating in the mind of people and the Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir must come forward to reply these questions.
On the one hand Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir issues order on 23-08-2021 vide Government order No 1378-EDU of 2021 to all the DDOs not to draw the salaries of the attached/deployed academic person(s)/teaching staff till he/she join his/her original place(s) of posting. The operative of the said Government order read as ‘Now all the concerned DDOs shall ensure that not to draw the salary of any attached/deployed academic person(s).teaching staff till he/she join his/her priginal place(s) of postings. By order of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir’
But the same office openly violating its Government order No 1378-EDU of 2021 and making mockery of its order, issues another order/letter dated 26-11-2021 order No Edu-ADM/48/2021-01 in which giving ‘Attendance Certificate’ for attached 40 subordinate officers in the School Education (Administrative) Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu who have attended their duties for the month of November 2021.
The issue is very serious that the government has very categorically said that even the same has been reiterated in the Government order 1378-EDU of 2021 dated 23-08-2021 that no academic person/teaching staff get salary till he/she not join his/her original place of postings. But the order issued on today No Edu-ADM/48/2021/01 dated 26-11-2021 giving ‘Attendance Certificate’ of 40 attached subordinate employees contain 9 academic persons including one lecturer, one Master and seven teachers.
Why the office of Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department Jammu & Kashmir playing a double game and befooling the people?
