Jammu, Nov 16: How Patwari Parnav Dev Singh can issue the Farad Intkhab of a land which has been stayed by Assistant Settlement Officer Jammu? Why Patwari Parnav Dev Singh was in hurry that he issued the Farad Intkhab during the stay orders issued by the Assistant Settlement Officer Jammu? How much money as a corruption has been involved and through how much hands the money has to pass? Who was the then Naib Tehsildar who countersigned the illegal Farad during stay order? These are some tough and uncomfortable questions posed for the Revenue department and people are looking for replies to the posed questions.
The Assistant Settlement Officer Jammu has issued the stay order to the case titled Puran Singh son of Ram Singh Versus 73 members. The petitioner has urged as ‘Petition under section 105 of Land revenue Act for effecting partition interse parties with regard to Khewat No 1 Khata No 1, Khasra No 294 measuring 4075 kanals, 17 marlas (Ownership land) and Khewat No 8 (Shamlat land) situate at Bhalwal tehsil Jammu. Application for extension of stay. Ordere: Status quo be extended till objections filled and considered.”
But the most corrupt Patwari Parnav Dev Singh never bothered about the stay extended by the Assistant Settlement Officer Jammu. This corrupt Patwari is the associate of Patwari Javed who have booked by the agency and it is expected that investigating agency will round up the Parnav Dev Singh at anytime.
