They are so arrogant!
- After the lapse of 18 days three I/C Principals and two I/C Superintendents are not joining the new place of postings and openly violating Government Order No 79-JK(DSD) of 2021 dated 28-10-2021.
- Why they are playing with the future of students who are the regular students of these 5 ITIs?
- Mr Samoon, go hard on these five violators and make them to join or to leave the service so that new persons may get the chance.

Jammu, Nov 15: Why the I/C Principals and I/C Superintendent of ITI of Department of Skill Development are defying the transfer orders of Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Skill Development? Why the five I/C Principal are openly defying the orders of Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Skill Development? Why the five I/C Principals are not joining the new place of postings? Why the five I/C Principals are playing with the future of students of their respective institutes? These are some hard questions for these arrogant principals and the administrative officers to reply so that people may understand about the prevailing lacklustre situation of the Skill Development department.
The Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Skill Development, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon has issued an order vide Government Order No 79-JK(DSD) of 2021 dated 28-10-2021 of four incharge principals and two incharge Superintendents as per the orders of GAD and he specific mentioned in the order as ‘All the above officers shall be deemed to have been relived with immediate effect.’ It clearly says that they have no right to remain in their respective offices and to immediate join their new assignments. It is pertinent to mention that in such nature of orders the officers do not have travelling period but they have to join new place of posting without wasting time. But the transferees despite lapse of 18 days have not joined the new place except one Imran Wajahat. The other five transferees did not bother to joj but they are roaming hither and thither to get the transfer order modified. The transfer order has been issued under the light of GAD order No 948-JK(GAD) of 202 dated 15-10-2020.
One GM Bhat who was I/C Joint Director, ITI Kashmir was transferred and posted as I/C Principal ITI Srinagar with additional charge of Women’s ITI, Bemina but he reluctant not to join the new place of posting. He is trying to manage the partial modification of the order but it will not happen. The other I/C Joint Director ITI Jammu is Farooq Ahmad Khan who to posted as ITI Jammu with additional charge of Women’s ITI Jammu and he too not joining the new assignment which is only near about 2 kilometres away from the office of Joint Director ITI Jammu. Now one can understand what these officers want? They do not want to serve as per their status but they want to serve more than their status. Ms Anisa Parvaiz I/C Principal ITI Srinagar is transferred and posted as I/C Principal ITI Pulwama but she too not joined the new assignment after the lapse of 18 days.
Whereas I/C Superintendent Women’s ITI Bemina Aijaz Ahmad Wani has transferred and posted as Superintendent ITI Hajan but the man did not bother to join the new assignment reason better known to him but he left the future of students on stake. Another I/C Superintendent Women’s ITI Jammu has been transferred and posted at I/C Superintendent of ITI Kishtwar but he is sitting in Jammu.
These are the people who are getting handsome salaries for their work but they do not want to work only to squeeze the hard earned of money of the state. The government must take strict action on these violators officer that why they have not joined their new place of postings after the lapse of 18 days.
