Jammu, Nov 14: Why Shashi Patwari is holding the additional charge of two Patwars other than his own Patwar Salehar? How Shashi Patwari is so powerful that he can twist the Jammu district administration on his tunes? Which power is behind the Shashi Patwari that since the joining the revenue department as Patwari he remained almost in Bishnah tehsil? What is the personal interest of the Shashi Patwari for remaining in the Tehsil Bishnah? How he managed with the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu to remain in Bishnah as many DCs have transferred since last 15 years? How Shashi Patwari manages to keep additional charge of two patwar including Avtarachak for last 12 years continuously? These are the mind-blowing questions, which should be replied by the Revenue department so that people may know the truth that what is going on in the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
It is astounding to hear but it is truth that one Patwari named as Shahsi remained posted in Tehsil Bishnah almost since his appointment as Patwari and more intriguing part of the story is that he kept additional charge of two Patwars other than his normal Patwar for last 12 years almost. His genuine/allotted Patwar has been changed after couple of years but the department never changed the charge of two additional Patwar for last 12 years. The matter is of very serious nature that the department has transferred Shashi Patwari from one Patwar to other but within the Bishnah Tehsil, which is very surprising but the department not stop here, it went ahead and they kept the charge of two patwars including Avtara Chak with Patwari Shashi for last 12 years. His actual Patwar has been changed to hoodwink the people but the charge of two patwars never taken from him for last 12 years.
Such type of attitude indicates that the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu is having virus, which should be removed by the administration. May be the sitting Deputy Commissioner Jammu unaware about such type of bugling and mismanagement in his office that too under his nose but after publishing this news he must act over it to put his office on right track.
