Chuni is first allottee and he can’t sell land!
- The corrupt Patwari has done a miracle and by openly defying law has issued Farad of land allotted under Act 4 & 8 as Chuni is first allottee.
- People are looking toward Lt Governor to bridle this corrupt and unbridled Patwari, besides kicking out this patwari as he is most corrupt person.

Jammu, Oct 21: How a Patwari can issue the Farad of a land which has been allotted to a person under Act 4 & 8? Why the said patwari has issued the Farad of the land which has been allotted under Act 4 & 8 and that too when the actual allottee is still alive? How much money has been exchanged for this purpose to issue the Farad illegally? Why this most corrupt Patwari is leading every wrong doing at everywhere? These are some uncomfortable questions for the corrupt Patwari who is facing unlimited corruption charges against him and who have downplayed the law of land and insulted the law.
One Chuni son of Shivo Megh resident of Kote tehsil and district Jammu was allotted with a land measuring 10 kanals situated at village Bhalwal jammu outside Jammu Municipal limits under Khasra No 2314, Khata No 1638 and Khewat No 20 under the Act 4 & 8. But the said person was not allowed to sell the land at any cost as the rule says. But the corrupt Patwari has misused his official position and went anti law of land besides he has cheated the entire system. He issued the Farad of four kanals out of the said land measuring 10 kanals and sold the land. As per the record the first allottee Chuni has given power of attorney to one Narayan Singh son of Chhater Singh resident of Morha Pakhian Mishriwala Jammu and who further sold the 4 kanal of land to Sushila Jamwal daughter of Madan Singh resident of 199 Fatu Choughan, Patel Chowk, Tehsil & District Jammu.
The intriguing part of the story that the first allottee, who has been allotted the land under Act 4 & 8 is not entitled to sell the land at any cost but the corrupt Patwari has done his job and undermined the law and issued the farad, which is an issue to enquired by CBI.
