J&K Bank ATMs often out of order, no one is to take care

Great boast, little host!

• *The service of J&K Bank’s ATMs is worst in condition and often they are seen out of order.
• *Mr Chairman, please come out from your office and check the ATMs of your Bank, as they are going useless with each passing day.

Jammu, Oct 11: Why ATM of J&K bank remained out of order mostly? Who will get ATM of J&K bank repaired? Who is responsible for the mess of ATM of J&K Bank? Why is not Rajesh Kumar (R.K.) Chhibber as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Jammu & Kashmir Bank giving proper attention to the repair of ATMs? Why the entire administration of J&K Bank is sleeping over this issue? Who will pull the strings of J&K Bank administration? Why the chairman of J&K Bank is not taking the issue of properly working of ATMs seriously? Where the money goes, which has been kept for repair of ATMs? Why not they replace those ATMs which are going time and again out of order? Why not there is proper sanitizer kept in the ATMs booth? These are some uncomfortable questions to be answered by chairman and other administrators as people want to know that what kind of service J&K bank is providing.

On several points the J&K Bank has established the ATMs but mostly J&K Bank ATMs are found out of order. Sometime they do not produce slip or sometime they do not exit ATM card but the problem remain there. Every time the J&K Bank boosts for his achievements but ground reality speaks different. Today I went Rehari ATM, which was out of order, then Subash Nagar ATM that too out of order and then I went Lower Roop Nagar that too was out of order and then I lastly used the ATM of other bank which was side by to J&K Bank’s ATM. The people told me that they often use other Bank’s ATMs as J&K Bank’s ATMs often remain out of order. This is very shameful for the administration of J&K Bank that they are completely failed to maintain the quality of ATMs.

There is no provision of sanitizer in the ATMs booth, where maximum people use the ATM and touches the same place like numbering and screen to continue the process. The absence of sanitizer from J&K Bank’s ATMs booth clearly indicates that the administration of said bank has adopted anti-people policy and deliberately creating an opportunity for spread of Corona and putting the people again in severe risk. The people also demanded that sufficient quantity of sanitizer may be provided in each ATM booth of J&K Bank.
