*He is grabbing land in broad day light but JMC is in deep slumber.
*Tehsildar Jai Singh is on mission to file FIR against the land-robbers, if someone indulged in illegal construction.
Jammu, Sept 27:
The illegal land grabbing is going on in the heart of city, whereas the entire administration is sleeping over the issue and the land-grabber is doing his job and constructing a big building at the controversial place at Lower Thatter in Jammu North tehsil and falling under Khasra No 305.
Khasra No 305 is such a Khasra No that it remained in limelight some months earlier for illegal encroachment and then we filed many stories then the entire administration came into action and was saved from the land-robbers. These are land-robbers and land-pimp are having eye on this land, which is Gair Mumkin Khad and it falls in Jammu North tehsil and it is in the heart of Jammu city. The area is being governed by the Jammu Municipal Corporation and it is duty of Jammu Municipal Corporation to arrest the illegal occupation under their jurisdiction but JMC is in deep slumber and it will wake up when the all water would have been flown.
The land-grabber even you can say land-robber, who is also a habitual offender are trying time and again to rob the land, which is very costly but the man is determined to go against the law of land and for this he could be declared habitual-offender. He is the man, who is making mockery of President’s Rule and throwing a challenge to Prime Minister Narrender Modi that he might not obeying the law of land and what law will do with him?
The concerned Tehsildar Jai Singh said that he would visit the spot tomorrow and will have on spot survey, if any person found there indulging in illegal construction then he will immediately lodge an FIR against the violator and get the land vacated.
