Land-pimps are encroaching Gair Mumkin Jaad openly by pressing JCB
*Some higher officer is pressurizing concerned Patwari not to take action against the land-pimps and who is the officer is a quandary.
*The SDM Jammu North is an officer who is the best mute spectator and can win the award for opting silence against all illegalities. He is supposed to run his own separate kingdom different from Indian constitution.
*The DC Jammu has to take cognizance in this issue and to take action to save the land from the land robbers.

Why the SDM Jammu North is silent over the issue of illegal occupying the Gair Mumkin Jhad in village Kangar, Patwar Asswaran, tehsil Bhalwal Khewat No 8 near Ring Road? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal is mute spectator when some land-pimps are encroaching the lands openly in broad day light and silently supporting the land-pimps? Why are not the SDM North and Tehsidar Bhalwal complying the orders of DC Jammu for not encroaching the Gair Mumkin Khads? Who is from above pressurizing the concerned Patwari when he seized the JCB and took the keys of JCB? Who asked the concerned Patwari to give them back keys of JCB to land-thieves? Why these land-pimps are so powerful that SDM North and Tehsildar Bhalwal are showing disrespect to the orders of DC Jammu? Who is behind those land-pimps? These are some tough questions for the Revenue department to reply one by one as people are looking for the replies. The DC Jammu must intervene in this issue and save the land from the clutches of the land-pimps and land-robbers.
It is pertinent to mention that it was first Akhnoor tehsil that all types of illegal and anti-laws land business was going there and now it is Bhalwal tehsil, which is becoming the field of corruption and wrong-doers and what was common between both the tehsil. Now in Akhnoor Tehsil there is a sigh of peace but now in Tehsil Bhalwal it has been converted into a hell for the good citizens and for a heaven for land-robbers and goons. There is a dire need that the present staff may be thrown out from concerned SDM to Patwari to save the land and the people of the locality. The land pimps are so powerful that it is hard for good citizen to live in Bhalwal. It is the issue of thousands kanal of land so the land-pimps are heavy there but some officers of revenue department are having hand-in-glove with them. The transfer of SDM and Tehsildar is inevitable and mandatory to save the innocent and honest people.
The land-pimps have pressed the JCBs to convert the Jaad into plain land and the Patwri intervened and seized the keys of the JCB but unfortunately some higher authorities have pressurized the Patwari to give them keys back and he did the same. Now the question is that who is the man pressurizing the Patwari and why he is pressurizing patwari. Now The DC Jammu must come n action and investigate the pressurizing issue from the patwari. The mobile of the Patwari can speak everything clear and those who are pressurizing the Patwari can be nabbed but who will do this exercise. Is DC Jammu can do this or he has too budge before the pressure this is the biggest question now?
