EO MC opposes illegal construction, president supports illegal work
*Whereas our honest prime Minister is working day and night to restore honesty in the work culture and on the same time President of MC Bishnah of his party opposes honesty.
*This could be a big scam in the history of Bishnah and it should be immediately investigated by the CBI to unearth the scam and to expose the people who are involved in it.
*The role of President Municipal Committee Bishanh is very doubtful and LG should order to investigate his role and his personal interest for which he has tried to crush the voice of honest EO.
*The Jammu Jottings will come up with more facts in this scam and will expose all the officers and persons involved in it, whereas the EO Bishnah and Tehsildar Bishnah must be rewarded for raising the issue.

How can a Government Department or private construct the building within Municipal Limit without seeking permission from the concerned Bishnah Municipality? How can a President of a Municipal Committee Bishnah advocate the construction of illegal construction within its limits? Why the President of Bishnah Municipality has tried to discourage and crush the honest intention of Executive Officer Bishanh Municipality for raising the voice against the illegal construction at Bishnah, instead of appreciating him? What is the personal interest of President Bishnah Municipal Committee which compels him to support illegal construction at Bishanh? Why the president of Municipal Committee Bishnah belonging to BJP party working against the Prime Minister Narender Modi of his own party as he wants honest and transparent administration in the entire country? These are some tough but true questions for the President Municipal Committee Bishnah Rajan Sharma to answer publicly that why he supporting the illegal construction works in Bishnah and what is his personal interest. The Divisional Commissioner Jammu must intervene in this matter and immediate stop the illegal construction work of Horticulture Department despite the serious and legal objections raised by the Executive Officer of Municipal Committee, Bishnah on the basis of Tehsildar Boshnah.
The matter of illegal construction of shops by the Horticulture department has come on surface where many illegalities have done only to construct the building, which is totally against the law of land but it is surprising that the President who was elected to protect land within the Municipal Limit has become the instrument to support the illegal construction. The Executive Officer of Municipal Committee Bishnah has gathered the courage to raise his voice against the illegal construction but the President Municipal Committee Bishnah tried to discourage him but it is matter of million dollars that why he did so?
The Tehsildar Bishnah vide his letter no TB/OQ/2021-22/448 dated 13-08-2021 addressed to sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu South clearly states that the land in question is the common land of inhabitants of Chak Avtara under Khars No 289 which is utilized as Common Rasta and Common Land and under Khasra No 357 which is water body (Chapri/pond) both are reeling under encroachment. He sought immediate kind assistance to protect the said land from encroachers may be Horticulture or Municipal Committee. He also requested the Execuitve Officer Bishnah Municipality to immediate take necessary action under rule and the honest Executive Officer immediately shot a letter vide letter No Mc/B/2021/297-303 dated 14-08-2021 to Assistant Grading & Marketing Officer Horticulture (P&M) Bishnah to immediately stop the work but the President Bishnah Municipal Committee has supported the illegal work going on in Bishnah instead of coming forward to stop the work. He immediately shot a letter to Assistant Grading & Marketing Officer Horticulture (P&M) Bishnah vide letter No MC/B/2021/66-73 dated 14-08-2021 without enquiring the issue. Why President Bishnah Municipal Committee was so in hurry that he could not wait to enquire the issue?
The Jammu Jottings will come up with more facts and figures in this issue as and where the illegal work is going on, whereas who and who supporting this illegal work and what is their personal interest. The issue needed to be enquired by CBI as it could be the scam of worth crores of rupees and Lt Governor Manoj Sinh will not tolerate this scam.
