Revenue officers of Bhalwal tehsil are worthless as they failed to retrieve state land
*The Patwari completely failed to make red entries of state land Girdwari, it means it was a friendly match between grabbers and Revenue Officers.
*The Jammu Jottings will come up with more revelations where Revenue Department failed to detect the encroached state land in Bhalwal tehsil but Tehsildar is sleeping over it.
*The Revenue department must open its eyes and save the land, the Divisional Commissioner Jammu should come forward and play its role well to save the land but he is too paying less interest in it.

Why the revenue officers of Bhalwal Tehsil are not taking orders of senior officers seriously? Why the revenue officers of Bhalwal Tehsil are thinking that they are not part of Jammu & Kashmir as they have their own kingdom? Why has not the revenue officers of Bhalwal Tehsil made red entries in the record of state land, which are under the illegal occupation of people? Why the revenue officers of Bhalwal teshil failed to vacate the state land from the people despite clear orders from the Financial Commissioner Revenue? These are the questions irritating in the mind of people and the Revenue officers including Deputy Commissioner Jammu and Divisional Commissioner Jammu must come forward and reply these questions so that people may not lose trust from the revenue department.
The state land, in a large chunk under the Khasra No 2355, 2356 and 2361 near Ring Road in village Assarwan, Bhalwal Tehsil remained untouched by the Revenue department as the revenue officers of Bhalwal Tehsil are enough kind to encroaches and left them to go scot free from the issue of illegal encroachment. The people of Bhalwal tehsil are enjoying on the land of illegal possession and they do not bother about the orders of senior officers of Revenue department as they strictly ordered to vacate the state land but in Bhalwal anything can happen in the terms of illegality.
The then patwari has done the entire game and encouraged the land grabbers to grab the land and he was sitting there, (Mei ithe betha da na). The concern Girdwar and Naib tehsildar both also failed to discharge their duties and he instead making the state land vacated they gave a cover to the land grabbers. The Tehsil head is Tehsildar and he is completely failed in this regard.
The land in question belongs to the state land but the Tehsildar is sleeping over it and it amounts that silently supporting the land grabbers. The land is very prime and having the best market value. The revenue officers posted in Bhalwal Tehsil have remained defunct and needed to be overhauled.
