DC must oust fraudulent Patwari immediately to save image of Revenue Department
*His complaint is still pending in the office of DC Jammu at serial No 9 vide DC No DCJ/GGC/2021-22/478-79 dated 23-06-2021 and is forwarded to Tehsildar Akhnoor and complaint was made by the inhabitants of village Manda.
*The other complaint against the same Patwari who is presently at patwar Manda lying pending in the office of DC Jammu vide serial No 29 and complaint No DCJ/GGC/2021-22/478-479 date 23-06-2021 and lying with tehsildar Akhnoor.
*He is the man who issued the illegal Farad of JDA land when he was posted in Paloura Patwar.
*One property dealer, which is his partner too has gifted him a costly car for illegally helping him. He is the first patwari who has his own private driver and he pays good salary to him, which is a surprise for the department.
*The then victim Girdwar has lodged a complaint on 11-07-2016 with SDM North against the Patwari for forging his signature but no action has been taken against the forgery Patwari.
*The call details of the said Patwari may be ascertained from the telcom agency to know that who he had talked and what he talked and the investigation agency will get many startling revelations.

Why the revenue Department is not nailing the corrupt Patwari who is presently posted at Manda Patwar and Tehsil Akhnoor? Why DC Jammu is not acting hard on the corrupt patwari who issued illegal Fard of banned Gair Mumkin Jarh, when he was posted in tehsil Bhalwal Patwar Assarwan and illegally sold the Jarh? Why administration is sparing the corrupt Patwari when he was posted in Patwar Assarwan, Tehsil Bhalwal has patronised a property dealer to develop illegal colony on banned Gair Mumkin Khad? Will administration demolish illegal developed colony in Bhalwal and developed by the same Patwari? Can a patwari allowed to issue the back date Farad but he did? These are the some harsh questions for revenue department to be replied and it is an eye opener for Lt Governor to come strictly over the illegal business of Mother Land in Jammu but it is matter of surprise why not the LG is acting on it.
One Patwari who is ruling the revenue department and making money day and night by illegal means is so powerful that entire revenue department is scaring from him. He issued the illegal Fard openly of banned Gair Mumkin Khad Khasra No 2314 but no one dare to ask him. He is the patwari who challenged the law of land and even the authority of Lt Governor but the man is still working and man is openly doing what he wanted to do for huge bribe. He has done such a different job that he pressed a property dealer to sell the Gair Mumkin Khad as he knew that Revenue department is powerless and he knew how to influence the department. He has issued the illegal farad of Khasra No 405 and JDA land at Paloura when he was Patwari at Plaoura.
Not only this, he made fake signatures of the then Girdwar on 11-06-2017 and in this regard complain also filed against him but till date no action against the biggest corrupt patwari. Now the issue is that entire department is so weak that it cannot nail in such a patwari who is not only corrupt but forged the signature of another person who is superior to him.
He is the person who issued the back dated farad. I want to explain what is back dated Fard, when he was posted in other places but he came to place where he worked before the transfer and he took the record issued Farad not put the actual date but the date when he had worked here. The Jammu Jottings have all the evident to substantiate its stand.
