The Jammu Jottings vowed to launch a crusade against the corruption and in this spree on Custodian Inspector posted in Akhnoor Muzaffar Ahmad Shah @ Muzaffar Aslam has been suspended today by Custodian general on the recommendations of Custodian Jammu, under vide order No 42 of 2021 dated 09-08-2021. Our team has taken the job and so with each passing day comes up with new revelations and these revelations have been very productive foe the administration and society. And I am sure that Custodian department is best to understand it.
Yesterday we published a real story of corrupt Inspector of Custodian Department and his name is Muzaffar Ahmad Shah @ Muzaffar Aslam posted in Akhnoor has openly demanded bribe from the innocent people as he is not only collecting the money but creating a threat for the Jammu & Kashmir in future that how the administration would get the custodian land vacated. The man was posted to protect the custodian land but he in the guise of protector has turned into foe. The person not seen first time for asking bribe but he was habitual of the getting bribe. He has created an impression that in Akhnoor nothing can happen without money and he is the Don of the corrupt officers.
The order of Custodian General, Jammu & Kashmir mentioned as that the Muzaffar Ahmed Shah in-charge Field Inspector, Evacuee Property Department Jammu presently posted in Teshil Akhnoor is alleged to have demanded bribe from a person for allowing him to raise the construction over evacuee land; and Whereas the matter is of very serious nature and requires strict action as warranted under law against the said delinquent officer.’ The order further said that “Now therefore Muzaffar Ahmed Shah in-charge Field Inspector, Evacuee Property Department Jammu presently posted in tehsil Akhnoor is placed under suspension and attached to the office of Custodian Evacuee Property Jammu with immediate effect. Further Shri Ajaz Ahmed Deputy Custodian Evacuee Property Poonch shall conduct an inquiry into the allegations against the official and submit his report and recommendations within a period of 15 days.” The order was signed by Custodian General, J&K Rajesh Sharma KAS on 09-08-2021.
This is not first instance of corruption in Akhnoor and often the reports are emitting in the Sub Division Akhnoor but after the joining of SDM Chand Kishore Sharma in Sub Division Akhnoor the corrupt practices have been lowered down. The people from akhnoor Sub division are continuously
