In Tehsil Bhalwal no cancellation was done with red entries in case of state land
*The Deputy Commissioner Jammu must come in action and pull the strings that why not the concerned revenue officers of Tehsil Bhalwal complied with the government directions.
*The administration has taken some steps to make reform in Tehsil Bhalwal but more are needed in this concern.
*The Jammu Jottings will come up with more revelations in this concern and is committed to expose the nexus of land mafia and revenue officers in tehsil Bhalwal.

Why is not Tehsildar Bhalwal adhering the government orders for cancelling the entries regarding land allotment or mutation with red pen? Why is Tehsildar Bhalwal supporting those who have illegally occupied the land in Kot Panchayat? Why the revenue officers of Tehsil Bhalwal are so callous that they do not bother to adhere the land of law? Why the revenue officers of Tehsil Bhalwal have not taken the government order seriously in which it is clear state to cancel all the allotments and girdawaris of state land in the favour of any person with red pen? These are some uncomfortable questions for the revenue department and some of the officers of the department must come out with a specific reply so that people may know about the facts and the revenue officers responsible for dereliction of their duties must be exposed and kicked out from the department with a heavy penalty.
After the cancellation of Roshni Act, the government has clearly ordered that all the allotments and mutation of state land must be cancelled from the record that too with red pen but in the Tehsil Bhalwal this direction was not implemented as the revenue officers of this Tehsil are having patronage of Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North. The law and directions from the government must be followed by the all revenue officers but in case of Tehsil Bhalwal there is separate process which is different from the other part of Jammu & Kashmir. Particularly the Kot Pnachayat is full of wrong entries and all has been done on the behest of tehsildar Bhalwal. Most of the area of the periphery within of 500 meters of Ring Road in Kot Panchayat, tehsil Bhalwal no cancellation has been made with red pen.
The government has taken some steps to improve the performance of the Tehsil Bhalwal and I think such steps will improve the performance spree of the said defunct tehsil. If the top man of tehsil in concern of revenue department then it would be hoped that performance could be improved. Though the government has taken some reformate steps yet more steps be taken for improvement.
