Illegal property dealers are converting kind of land to invite disaster
*The capitalist should not allowed to buy and sell the land as it gives way to land mafia.
*No one should be allowed to built house on more than one kanal, if he has built already then a tax at the rate of Rs 10 lakh per kanal yearly should be levied on them.
*The land is natural resource and everyone has the equal right on it so no one should be allowed to make business of it.
*Mr LG sahib, please act on such advices to save the Jammu for forthcoming disasters otherwise it will be ruined.

Why the revenue department is sleeping over the illegal conversion of agricultural land into illegal colonies by some influential property dealer? Why the revenue officers are so week and tamed before the private property dealers, those who do not have the authority to develop the colony? Why the trend of developing of illegal colonies not be arrested by a big administration, which can control the militancy but could not control some wicked capitalist and dalals? Why the maximum revenue officers of lower level from SDM to patwari have sold themselves to the private people, who must scare from them but they have tamed these revenue offices by the virtue of money power? Some of the revenue officers have taken the piece of land from the goons who are converting the land kind to damage the Jammu in toto but these people are went unchecked.
The reports are very loudly saying that the revenue officers are openly involved in the biggest scandal of the India in which the kind of land has been changed without any legal process or without considering the safety of the Jammu. The land to which we call as ‘Mother Land’ (Dharti maa) but the nexus of goons and capitalists are selling the Mother Land for minting money as they are already much rich but they want to become richest to suck the blood of the poor. These capitalists have already eaten the natural sources of the state and so they become rich person.
I have a suggestion that no one should be allowed to sell the land in pieces if he has land in bulk. The registry for residential purpose must not be done from the private party without involving the government agency. The government must create a new department to develop the colonies for the residential purpose with all facilities ensured in it. No one should be allowed to buy the land in bulk without showing the purpose and if one buy and he should not be allowed to sell the land at least for 20 years. This way we can control the land mafia. No one should be allowed to built the house on the land of one kanal.
