Sh Hem Raj Ranyal, ex ZEPO elected President Mandir Parbandhak Samiti, Bhour Camp (Jammu) during Samiti’s election (MPS Election- 2021) through ballot papers for the eighth consecutive term of two years each starting from 2007 defeating Mr Vikas Sharma. A bumper positive response was received from voters with 82% voting for the purpose.
All free, fair and smooth election conducted by election committee designated under the Chairmanship of Dr Ved Parkash Shastri Ji including Dr Charanjeet Sharma as Returning Officer, Mr Shashi Kant Khajuria as Observer, Dr Tejinder Sharma, Dr Ravti Parshad Sharma, Mr Yash Paul Sharma as Booth Officers at Shree Satya Narayan Mandier, Shree Radhey Shyam Mandir and Shree Shiv Mandir respectively. Moreover, Mr Balkrishan Sharma, Mr Sunil Sharma, Mr Pyara Lal Raina, Mr Ashok Kumar Khajura, Mr Parveen Kumar Soodan, Mr Sachin Bali, Mr Gopal Shrama, Mr Rishab Bali and Mr Rahul Bali were detailed as officials during the process.
After election on the post of President Mr Ranyal assured the residents that he will work for the welfare and development of mandirs. He expressed his gratitude towards SDM Jammu (South), Tehsildar Jammu (South), SHO Satwari, Incharge Police Post Chatha, Police personnel on duty and members of election committee for their kind cooperation. He also thanked all the residents of Bhour Camp for participating, voting peacefully and making the election process a grand success.
