Schools & Colleges about to reopen in J&K? Check inside!

Amid the incline in covid-19 positive cases, complete lockdown was put up across the Country. As the cases lowered, life was almost back on track with alternate business days in Jammu and Kashmir. However, Schools and Colleges didn’t reopen in the UT.

The Government order of shutting Schools and Colleges till 15th July has been issued keeping the covid-19 cases in consideration. The closure has been extended to maintain the progress in decreasing cases.

If the cases lower down to some level, Schools, Colleges and Universities may open in the coming month. The Union territory has reported significant improvement in eight districts, while some districts required intense efforts to attain the desired levels.

As for opening of the UT, Government has announced restrictions free inter-State and intra-State travelling of the passengers, provided the traveller must present a negative RT-PCR report.
